We finally detected the problem.

It is a function inside visual composer plugin, in:

It is returning true as we are on multisite and have superadmin role.

I think it is a VC bug, not the function itself but where they are calling it because we are seeing the visual composer button on every post type regardless of our settings.

Anyway don’t worry, it is not a Bridge’s issue but Visual Composer’s.

Yes, Bridge theme is compatible with latest WordPress version so it is safe to update the theme and all included plugins. Off course depending on 3rd party plugins which you are using you should consider creating full site backup first since some of them may have problems with latest WP version.

We are improving theme and custom post types functions according to WP Codex, so we can’t guarantee that everything will work with older theme and WordPress versions, so you can try to update WordPress but if you experience some problems you can then install previous version or to update Bridge to latest version. You can achieve full screen video with Qode slider with just one video slide or you can use Slider Revolution in similar way.

Bridge theme doesn’t have option for hiding logo but you can upload empty, transparent png image or you can ask our support to provide you with some css in order to hide it.

You won’t be able to have social links in menu like on referred website but you can have social links icons next to each other just next to menu items on the right hand side.

This can be due to low server resources or due to mod_security and you can try .htaccess fix from this article https://qode.ticksy.com/article/11730/ just check with your host if mode substitute is available.

In case that you are not seeing elements in the back end, then it is due to PHP 7.2, and Visual Composer incompatibility with that version (they need to release update for PHP 7.2). If that is the case then ask host to set PHP to version 7 or 7.1. This is often available in hosting Cpanel so search for option first before contacting hosting provider.

Some script which isn’t part of the theme and which is loaded trough some CDN service is causing errors https://www.screencast.com/t/vmPwG9nMUC75 so it could be that if you are using CDN previous cached version is being served and is causing error. because of it some theme scripts are not being executed. By resolving this you will fix theme layout and firing of its scripts.

We don’t have very similar demo to that one sine layout is very simple but very effective. You can start with any demo, maybe even original demo http://demo.qodeinteractive.com/bridge/ since it have clients carousel at the bottom and gallery items which you can use, but you can also consider using image hover or maybe interactive banners element (image with text over) http://demo.qodeinteractive.com/bridge/interactive-banners/ where you can set overlay color in order to have similar effect like on that website. Most top section is just text with larger font but you can also use Slider Revolution if you want to animate it a bit, and for can be changed to 3 columns and bottom footer area can be enabled so this is also possible.

Another demo which we can suggest is this one http://bridge129.qodeinteractive.com/ because footer layout is already configured and you just to remove unnecessary elements from the content and to add some other elements which will better fit your needs.

1. Yes, you can, but make sure that images are large enough and specify image size for masonry for each portfolio item by editing it.

2. You can choose different hover type from portfolio options and see which one will suit your needs. Some hover types have entire image area covered with a link.
