How can I set the ratio of my images too not change when viewed on a tablet or phone? OR even when the browser size is changed.
When changed to a tablet the photos are cut off and become obsolete Thanks, Travis

I really like this theme. Good job!
But there is one problem withe the anker link scrolling.
1. With a transparent header the anker leaves the height of the header space on the top of the site and does not scroll to the very beginning of the section. Can this be changed somewhere?
2. If you have about 3- 6 Navigation Points to scroll to a section the scrolling dies not work well. It stops somewhere before the section starts.

I am trying to use this plugin (https://iconicwp.com/products/woothumbs/) for multiple variation images on my website, but it is not working at all when catalog mode is enabled. can you tell me which plugin is compatible with your theme for this purpose. Basically I want to have different angle images for different colors. And only images of selected colors should be visible. If no color is selected then all product gallery images should be visible. I’m afraid we’ve not had any compatibility tests with the plugin and hence incompatibility issues might occur right off the bat.

I have a wishlist plugin on my website and I am trying to add the look up wishlist search bar to the header in place of the website search bar. The wishlist code I have is php. I downloaded a php plugin that allows me to add php code to a widget but I can not figure out how to put it in the header because there is no header widget area.

Yes, but the short code is in php so that does not work. That is why i needed the php code widget.

It’s a simple fix, I just go to Setting > Permalinks and click “Save Changes.” This happens on all the sites we have that use portfolios. How do I enable “password field” in checkout? If I enable Storefront Theme this field is displayed, when I enable Flatsome theme this field is invisible. Guest user already is disabled on Woocommerce.

The category “Uncategorized” appears in the category page. I already enabled “Hide empty categories”, but that is for the widget in the footer, not for the page, like for example the shop base page.

My shop on my website has disappeared and we are not quite sure what happened. On our browser is says “showing 1-12…” but there is nothing showing. It then goes right to the footer area. The products still show on our homepage no issue but we cannot see a catalogue of products. Please help!

I tried a clear cache, etc. Still no luck. After we ran an update on the theme and wordpress, there was a partial code in a box, and I’m wondering if that has anything to do with this problem. The box is found in: Appearance > Customize > Shop > Category Page > Shop Homepage Content. Should there be anything in that box? We deleted the partial code to replace it with a reroute for now until we can figure this out. I do have an email ticket open. I had a response four or so hours ago but am hoping to get this resolved today if possible. Not sure if posting here or there is easiest?
