1. There is no need to activate or purchase the new license for this plugin. This plugin is already included in the theme package and already purchased the license by Smartwave. This activation message for those who want to update the plugin directly from their website. In our case, you can receive the updated plugin always with the theme update release.

So no need to activate it, just ignore the message and feel free to use it.

Hello, can I view filters above the product listing for “full width” display (without sidebar) and also have them as a sticky sidebar on mobile? The other option is to have sticky sidebar on both desktop and mobile.

You can change the Product Archive Page layout as per your requirement from Appearance >> Theme Options >> Woocommerce >> Product Archive and sorry to say that but we have used woocommerce plugin and there is no option to showing filters above the product listing in it and if you make sidebar sticky then there should be on both the desktop and mobile version as well please see this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/iffr4k

hello I just updated Porto to latest version, but my WP dashboard still reports many Woocommerce files being obsolete.

I also experience visitng single page product this error:

Stripe payment and product variation not working. Stripe payment remains un-selectable or grayed out on checkout page with default Product variation selected. It seems to be a Javascript issue.

1. Click add to order with default product variation. Book format: eBook (PDF)

2. Stripe payment is un-selectable / grayed out

3. Select “Paperback” variation from drop-down menu, and click “add to order”, Stripe payment works as it’s supposed to.

Unfortunately, there is an issue with Stripe where it is not working on checkout page due to CSP violation.

Please seriously look into it. It is somehow a combination of WC and Porto. It will impact all your customers using Stripe directly on the page (i.e. not using checkout popup option).

Per my checks, the woo checkout page is unable to load scripts from https://js.stripe.com. The request is violating “Content Security Policy” rules of one of the 2 hostnames involved (www.mydomain.com and js.stripe.com).

To check this, clear your cart, add the product to cart, go to checkout page. There, open your browser console. You may need to refresh the page in sequence. You will see the full error message related to the Content Security Policy rule.

Please investigate and fix it …

One more request: could you please implement an option to convert Coupon Field from dropdown to just clickable text. Even if it is implemented as dropdown, it should remain collapsed, otherwise we get cart abandonments!

Your site shows server error 500 https://prnt.sc/iey2ot which means your server requirement does not meet the latest Theme and Plugin minimum requirement you have to update your theme again but after making sure that your server requirement must meet the latest Theme and Plugins minimum requirements.

Please try to install/update your theme by yourself first if you fail then we will do it for you. Please follow the below steps:

1. Take the complete backup of your current site.(If you are updating theme)
2. Go to CPanel wp-content/themes and rename old theme Porto to anything.(If you are updating theme)
3. Upload the latest zip file of the theme there in wp-content/themes.
4. Extract the zip file of the theme there.
5. Go to WP Admin Panel >> Appearance and activate the theme there.

Your theme will be updated easily.

But First please make sure your server requirements is meet with the latest Porto WordPress theme requirement if not then please make sure to set first server requirements as below: You need to agree to the following requirements.

Wordpress 4.0 or higher.
PHP 7.0 or higher.
MySQL 5 or higher.
Memory Limit 64M or higher.
RECOMMENDED PHP CONFIGURATION LIMITS

Many issues are all related to low PHP configuration limits. The solution is to increase the PHP limits. You can do this on your own or contact your web host and ask them to increase those limits to a minimum as follows:

max_execution_time 1000
memory_limit 64M
post_max_size 32M
upload_max_filesize 32M

For font issues(changes after theme upgrade), it may be related to redux framework issue, you need to choose font again in theme options and save configuration again. Your issue will solve.

There is no font issues, only SSL issues about loading font protocol. Which calls google fonts domain without SSL and this gives error to chrome browser. I mean I have find where theme calls fonts.googleapis.com I need to add “https” front of the domain?

There’s a problem using the unminify, after I’ve unminified the theme.css file, the site is looking wrong and everything messed up. Can you update the theme with files not minified? Looks like the last update minified the theme.css file.

For a dutch clinic I am designing the website for the clinic. I used the DEMO “healthcare”.

On this developing platform i was first testing it.
