Hi, we purchases this theme and the Slider Revolution Plugin is saying that the purchase code is wrong. And we need to activate it manually. Can You help us out? What is our purchase code for revolution slider?

The plugins that you got after the purchase are called bundled and we, as a theme authors, have purchased an extended licence for them. That means you don’t have to activate them and they’ll work for you regardless of that.
In the following text we’ll explain how the bundled plugins work:
Bundled plugins offer the same core features and functionality as the standalone version of the item on CodeCanyon.
Some plugins may ask for a purchase code for registration/activation once installed, however, you can simply ignore these messages as bundled plugins do not require activation or registration. The plugin will still work as intended with the theme once the theme has been activated/registered.
When a plugin is updated, the theme author will include the latest version of the bundled plugin with their next theme update. So you can easily update the bundled plugin when you next update your theme.

We are interested in your hotel theme but before buying it we’d like to ask this question.
Your demos show multiple room types as ‘King suite’ and ‘Queen suite’. Does your theme support a hotel with e.g. 5 rooms of type ‘King suite’?
The King room would be shown only once on the listings page and will be available (can be booked) 5 times on the same date showing only ‘not available’ when the last room has been booked.

Yes. It’s the booking filters as shown here: http://fivestar.mikado-themes.com/elements/booking-filter/ These are shown on the homepage. We would want to change the heading of the boxes, have a free text field to search by specific names and potentially take away a couple of boxes as well. Basically, we just want to be able to filter by different things.

Well, there are no predefined options for that, but you could hide some boxes, using custom css. For the heading, it could be translated.

I saw you say this very same response a month ago….so I will assume you have no intention of resolving this quickly I also have been #1 struggling in install demo (took 3-4 days) then #2 now your search tool not working and now you will take another 3-4 days for this? I cannot do business like this. If I buy something…it should work properly but if a small problem, it should be addressed quickly. My guess is that you can fix in 30 min to one hour. However I am now 2 weeks behind because I chose your product

Team discussed about possibility of adding minimum number of nights and this is still open, so I can’t tell you anything at the moment and I hope that we’ll have some more info next week.
Regarding support requests, support is handling tickets according to ticket time from oldest to newest (Monday – Friday) so sometimes delays may happen over the weekend, but if you have problems with import it is probably server related issue since import i is working for other users and on all our testing installations. If that is the case there I suggest you to see with your host if maybe IP address of our server is being blocked or if there is some server error in error log file.
Also, you can test demo import on local installation in order to see that it is working https://premium.wpmudev.org/blog/setting-up-xampp/
