nevermind.. it looks like the open graph picture is taken by the featured image, however if you change it, you also have to clear the cache on Facebook using their developer tools.

We are sorry but even don’t know about this plugin, there are more than 30.000+ free WordPress plugins out there and as authors we can only grant support for the most famous. Are you sure this plugin is compatible with Visual Composer, it seems it’s tailored to work only on basic contents and no Page Builder shortcodes, moreover the plugin is not updated from the last 2 years and also not tested with the last 3 major WordPress updates, in few words it seems to be discontinued: https://undsgn.d.pr/S48Fvc

As told it’s also possible that this plugin is not compliant with Visual Composer, generally these kind of plugins only works with base article and not when you use a page builder, I’m pretty sure you don’t have problem using in a normal page but if the plugin doesn’t work with the popular Visual Composer is not a theme fail or something we had to fix as theme authors, this a missing feature from this (old) plugin.

Upon further investigation, it could be a wordpress bug. In Customizer, when “Shop page display” is set to “Show Categories” the page is empty despite my store having multiple product categories. When it is set to “Show Products” all the products do display

Do you see the same thing with a different browser? If you see different things the problem could be your browser cache and you only need to clear it.
