This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

Hello, I post here because I saw no response to this problem on the forum although many face the same issue : there is a problem with the (updated) td-composer plugin. I installed the last version of the theme and wanted to install the td-composer plugin to build my site, and I stay stuck : the install of the plugin doe not work (uncorrect header it says). I mention of course that i have no other plugin activated of my site, that I already built a test-site with Newspaper and had no problem with that upload. Have a look at the forum; there is at leat 10 or 15 persons who get issues with the plugin after being updated the theme.

How can I take away sidebar on some posts? When its there the text get smal and not easy to read.

Every post in particular has a sidebar setting in the post settings where you can choose the sidebar position and the sidebar grabbed from the widgets section. You can also disable sidebars in this section.

Sorry but our theme does not have a testing period but if you buy the theme and decide that the theme was not what you were looking for and cannot use it, we will be able to provide a refund so you can choose another theme for your project. As for the plugins, we have not tested FBIA as we focused on the AMP side for the moment. The tested and recommended multilingual plugin to use with our theme is WPML.

Please check your server settings for any blocked files from the security module or from your htaccess. We have encountered this issue before but it is due to server config issue in most cases.

Sorry but our theme does not have an option to add multiple reviews on the same post. Maybe you can find a review plugin that can provide the needed functionality.

The error comes from the tagdiv composer, not visual composer. Please deactivate and delete the tagdiv composer and install it again from the theme plugins section. Please also do not use both visual composer and taqgdiv composer at the same time. Use just one page builder and disable the other.

Our theme as well as all other envato themes fall under the same standard license. The license is created by envato and all envato members have to stick to it. Please inspect the license here: https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard and for a complete description: https://themeforest.net/licenses/terms/regular Usually sub-folders do not count as end products.

When you activate the theme, you create a forum account with an email and password. Please use those credentials used to activate the theme as they will be the same ones for the forum. The theme activation creates a forum account.

hello there .. i was try to install plugin for caching site and increase the speed of site and optimize code (html, css and jsvasecript) in mobile view there is a blanck white page appear with this messesg “The mobile theme path couldn’t be set. Please check if you already have another mobile theme plugin active and disable it (ex. Jetpack Mobile Theme or similar). If you use a cache plugin clear it before checking the results.” how can i fix this issues, and i delete all plugin cache and issues steal appear pleas help

This is not mandatory. Both plugins are optional and they will both work at the same time, but you do not “have to” enable either one. It is your choice if you want to use either one or both plugins.

I have a category that as a lot of sub-categories. I want it to be a mega menu item. But I only want to show 4 subcategories. Is that possible?

I also want to have one of my other pages in my menu that has its own static elements AND its own articles.
Can I also set up this second page with ‘pagebuilder + latest articles + pagination”?
If I can, how do I make sure that all my posts go to my homepage except for the ones I want in the other page in the menu?

Hello,
You can set any page to any page template you need. A page cannot have it;s own articles. The articles are common for all templates. It depends on the filtering you select for the page. That will affect exactly which posts will be shown.The latest articles will always show the global latest articles no matter the page you are on. If you need only specific articles shown in a specific page, then please do not use the pagebuilder + latest articles template and create a new block filtered by the tagdiv composer to show the articles you need.

Please re-install all theme plugins from the latest theme package. Use the latest theme version, re-download the theme package to be sure and install that one – https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ Test with no other plugins active, there should not be any problems. If there are, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login information so we can investigate, as well as more details about what exactly are the actions you take before the problem occurs.
