Hello, I am considering buying the theme, but I just checked how the Demo looks on a few mobile devices (HTC u11, Iphone 8 and Iphone 5) however the header doesn’t look good. The text is too small and the CTAs are too small and on some demos it even overflows outside the header. This really worries me and I wanted to know if it’s going to be addressed?

Our demo is using the first version of the theme, the current version is not acting the same way at all on mobile, if needed you can contact our support team with a pre-sale question, give them more information about the part that worries you and they will send you a link of the theme latest version so you can check how it works currently.

I purchased this theme a year ago and have used it previously without the widget. I want to now show it and I turned it off somewhere but can’t remember where – If you can simply point me to the right location will be helpful -
My pages in customise say that there’s one other widget in your theme which cannot be displayed on this page. I’ve tried making new pages.. but it still doesn’t show it to me. I can only see footers and sidebar.

1. We have a pre-built child theme in our package, if you use the child theme and make modifications they will be preserved even if you update the main theme.
2. This can’t be done with the default theme options so it would require custom modifications.

Hello, I’ve just uploaded this theme, and when I try to install the required/bundled plugins, it states:

Download failed. Forbidden
Plugin not activated. A higher version of TheFox Custom Post is needed for this theme. Please update the plugin.

The WordPress installation is brand new, literally just out of the box, then your theme. My host is SiteGround (which is a recommended host by Wordpress).

Yes, this is possible, if you import the classic demo the “One page” page will be imported, the other option is to import the page individually from Appearance > Import demo data.
