Hello,
I bought the theme to use it as a multilingual theme, Mainly Arabic and English. I was really disappointed to find that most of the Demos did not work in the RTL mode.
You clearly stated that it’s an RTL theme with 10 demos available.
I think it’s my right to select which demo to use after I bought the theme.
1- I would kindly request from you to edit the following demos to work correctly on both RTL and LTR:
Demo virsion2 Demo New University2 Demo EdTech
2- Also you stated that its a drag and drop course builder what do you mean? 3- How can I edit the theme to Arabic, should I add a .po file? 4- How can I have a multilingual theme? 5- How to add a couple of Arabic fonts that is not included in the theme?
6- How can I set the default language to Arabic to have every thing including the forum to be in Arabic?

1. To switch to RTL mode, please go to menu Customize / General / Extra Features.
2. As you can see, the theme is designed for LearnPress LMS plugin. And this one supports Drag and Drop Course Builder. Just go to menu LearnPress / Courses / Add New and you will see how easily to build an online course 
3. Please follow this guide https://thimpress.com/knowledge-base/loco-translate-guide/
4. To use multilingual features, please consider using those plugins like Polilang or WPML 
5. We will need to add some custom functions. Please email me to candy@thimpress.com with subject “hossamcode1 – Eduma Support”, we will discuss more about this.

But the claim you did in the answer no.1 is not true, all themes ( demos) are not working properly when switching to RTL except one theme ( demo) you offered in your selling page.
So I kindly request that you recheck the demos I mentioned above in the RTL mode, and send me the working Demos ASAP.
And regarding the font I will send you an email, and I hope that you will be able to resolve the RTL problem very soon.

Pre-sale questions: 1. Ultimate Member compatibility – reading the forum here, I understand that there are some issues about the login/register phase (handled by Eduma over/instead of UM rules); because UM is a must for my project, what else can be wrong between UM & Eduma, what are the known compatibility issues? Is there a posibility of making them work together smoothly (an add-on/bridge maybe, from your part)? Also, is there a way to integrate the user pages & settings (profile, enrolled courses, account, etc.) from LP & Eduma directly in UM custom Tabs?
2. What version of Visual Composer (WPBakery) comes bundled with Eduma? In case of WPBakery updates, will it be updated in Eduma too? I’m asking this, because I read about some issues with Add-ons Bundle Packages for WPBakery from third parties in conjunction with older versions of WPBakery bundled with some WP themes.
3. Regarding LearnPress, because I’m already using WatuPro, I noticed something strange when I’ve installed the free version of LP – when a WatuPro quiz is connected with an LP test/quiz (through Quiz Connector), regardless the user having passed the quiz, in LP the state of the quiz is not updated – results/grade (the respective step of the course is not completed/can not be marked as completed), therefore the user cannot finish the course (I’ve tested it as admin and as user also, on two different browsers – Mozilla & Chrome; same error in all four cases). Is this a bug or something else, can be fixed in the next updates, either by you or by the Watu author?
4. About the options to customize the grid & single course page in Eduma – can the Author/Instructor Tab be hidden for some courses (same question for reviews tab & for the date when the course was created)? Also, is there an option in Eduma to make a grid for the posts (a filter with blog type posts), separated from the Courses grid?
