Hi, we sell two product types from our website that require a different layout from each other. Is there any way to have two different templates for the product detail page? If this requires a code workaround and you can point me in the right direction that would be great. Thanks.

Hi, I am having a problem with flatsome theme, our site www.pegasusboutique.com have worked well the last months, but suddenly today leaving just a white screen with just this text:

Go to WP-Admin > settings > Discussion > Other comment settings and find a line which reads “Comments should be displayed with the [Older] comments at the top of each page” – change the [Older] to [Newer] and hit “Save Changes” at the bottom of this settings page and you’ll have just reversed the order of your comments.

Just found another one surely because of today’s woocommerce update and flatsome compatibility:
On the product page, the thumbnails on left vertical gallerry display are now squared (104×104) instead of rectangle before update (82×94). The new thumbnails are also generated from a 100×100 natural image so it pixalise the thumbnail.
Didn’t try to regenerate thumbnails because i am going to upload my backup before woocommerce update.

Please check your thumbnail sizes in Theme Options > WooCommerce > Product Images.
Also, please note that after publishing your changes, new image sizes will be generated automatically. For this reason, you no longer need to regenerate your thumbnails.
Nope it does not solve the problem. My sizes are ok but in the product page the gallery is now displaying additional pictures in square mode instead of rectangle. You can change whatever parameters you want it’s impossible to adress the thumbnail size or the preview window, or i will be happy to learn how. As soon as i reverted back to my backup before woocommerce update, everything went back to normal.
So something was changed in the last woocommerce update and how the gallery is generated and handled.
Edit: It looks like i am not the only one with product image problem since last woocommerce update.
As of today, there are some outdated templates in your theme guys:
flatsome/woocommerce/single-product/product-image.php version 3.1.0 is out of date. The core version is 3.3.2,
flatsome/woocommerce/single-product/product-thumbnails.php version 3.1.0 is out of date. The core version is 3.3.2,
Plus Nextend social login not compatible anymore with flatsome.
Plus account password field not working anymore on the checkout page.
And still waiting answers to my 2 weeks old support ticket….

The new Nextend social login has also Flatsome support build in for an amount of time, so it should run fine, out of the box on 3.5.1 to.
Please ensure that you are running Flatsome 3.5.1
pre-purchase question: Is there any way to show all products in shop/category pages without images and show more fields like tags and some attributes?

Hi There appears to be an issue with gallery slider not working on the product page when “Accordion” tabs are selected.
Slider is stacking all images to the left.

In answer to your suggestion of “Check your plugins” I have to say that the only ones installed are the ones that come with your theme and just one other which I am loathed to turn off?! Which one is that you ask? Well that would be Woo Commerce. Please reply to my support tickets.

Nextend Google Connect and Nextend facebook Connect has been upgraded to Nextend Social Login. Flatsome is no longer compatible with Nextend Social Login, so my website can not log in with facebook or google account anymore. Is there a way to fix this?

Seriously guys! How can you mess this up? The “Create account password” field on the checkout page doesn’t show up on the latest theme updates. I checked on version 3.4.3 and it shows fine. You guys are becoming sloppy! I mean come on! wtf
