I was wondering if I could submit an idea to you here. Flatsome is one of the few WooCommerce themes that actually has decent filtering ahead of products on mobile. However, would you please consider placing Filter & sorting order next to each other?

After upgrading the theme to version 3.5.1, and Nextend Social Login to the newest version, my website doesn’t show Social Login Buttons when clicking on the My Account icon (the human head icon) on the header. Although in /wp-admin it still shows the buttons. Please take a look at my website https://www.akiato.com UPDATE: Never mind, I solved it.

I just wanted to upgrade to the latest version and keep getting this error (the same error has also been described here by other flatsome customers recently, but no reaction so far). I don’t think it’s related to a corrupted download, since the other customers are getting the same error for the exact same file and line:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘[’ in /wp-content/themes/flatsome/inc/functions/function-custom-css.php on line 81

for a client a have to set the zoom effect for 7000 products. how to do that all in one, because i dont have time to edit every product.
Should be possible to just set the effect in Theme Option > Shop > Product Catalog.

Hi I am also having trouble with the latest theme update. 3 main issues: 1) An “uncategorized” category has now appeared as a default category and cannot be deleted. What can I do so this isn’t displayed on my shop page? https://stagingdirect.co.nz/product-category/intellistage/
2)The category images displayed have shrunk (same link as above)

I’ve changed the uncategorised title to read one of my other categories and have changed the order to make it work. Hopefully I dont have to do this after every update? So now its just the image display and variation image display issues. Look forward to hearing from you

Possible bug with regard to inserting youtube video in a page via the UX Builder. Create a Row, Insert a column, place video in that column with youtube Link. Repeat the process with a different youtube link on the same page and although it shows in the UX builder as a different video – on the actual webpage it repeats the first video.
If you remove the code [ux_video url=”” ] and just add the video link, the different videos show on the page correctly. If you leave the code in, it just repeats the first video.
Is it compatible with visual composer for the non woocommerce pages ? Could be the plugins for wordpress be used in this wordpress installation? thanks

Hi, I have added a ‘section’ using the UX Builder and have spent hours trying to add a border radius to the section. It adds the radius however the background remains the same colour (something to do with overflow?) so you cannot see the rounded corners as the square edges are still there. I have tried adding a css class to the section and changing things that way however the css is not applying (I have added lots of other classes to my site using the custom css box). I’m thinking this is a bug with the UX Builder.

I have tested the issue on my end and it is working well over here. Could you send screenshots of what you get via support and we’ll check it out.
My support has expired unfortunately. Having looked into this further it seems you cannot apply a solid border radius to a section (only a border radius outline).
To replicate the problem, add a section via UX Builder, and try to add a solid background border radius to the section (i.e a blue solid background on a white page background). You will see that the solid border radius background displays only if you apply a background colour to the main section. This means that you can still see the square edges outside the curved border. hope I explained that ok.
If you can tell me the steps to display a section on a page with curved corners (and a solid background) I would really appreciate it.

It looks like in the current version, if I apply an overlay to a banner (possibly other objects too), and restrict to mobile or tablet, that the overlay does not persist through the CSS, and therefore the overlay is not applied.
It only works on banners which are visible to all screen sizes/desktop only.
Is there a planned fix or workaround?

The issue occurs because the desktop overlay does not have a value. As workaround, try using a transparent overlay in the meantime for the desktop.

I have been trying to find out how to make the wishlist icon on the single page product image be visible all the time rather than just on hover.
I found this css in the comments but it does not seem to work .yith-wcwl-add-to-wishlist a{opacity:0.8!important}
Additionally is there anyway of changing the icon image?
It would be nice to make it a “Bone” as the site is for Dog Owners!!!!
Is the icon change only available in full Yith Wishlist?

You can use a bit of CSS to change the icon.
