Hi there! I wonder how can I import only pages from particular theme without importing all settings. I just need the content and pages. How could I do that? Thanks in advance for the reply.

Please uncheck the “Theme Options” checkbox (and others if necessary) when importing the content.
Thank you, but in this case my main page and main menu will be changed in settings. I don’t want that. I simply need pages from another theme.
Then it will not be possible, I’m afraid.
P.S. Menu and homepage can be changed back in 3 seconds. So I’m not sure why it’s such an issue for you..

Most probably theme will work just fine with most login plugins. But they may require a bit of CSS customisation in order to fit theme stylistically.
Hello; You should write a bigger notice in the skin menu..I overwrited and cant back to bookstore demo skin..and also cant overwrite from the header section..What can i do now ? Do i have to import the theme again ?

We consider the warning legibility to be sufficient 
As for restoring the looks of bookstore demo, please navigate to The7 > Pre-made Websites and choose to import ONLY theme options of bookstore demo. This will make your site look as when you just imported that demo.

2 problems:1- I am trying to HIDE the floating menu on desktop because it take to much space when navigating on the website. I go to theme option – top bar and header- floating menu and make it DISABLE. Then refresh the site but the floating menu is still ON. What can I do?
2- I try to change the principal menu. I change it in the menu section + check the principal menu, the bottom menu, and the mobile menu on the ” where to show section”. But only the bottom menu display the right menu. The principal menu stay the same ( the one on your demo)...

I am trying to add news ticker to the top bar of the theme, the plugin I am using is ditty news ticker. It shows me some widget shortcode as well as php.
Cannot add the shortcode direct to a text option in top bar widget as it doesn’t work.

Hi, quick question:
I have two folders that seem to serve the same purpose:
1) uploads > wp-less > dt-the7> css > custom-xxxx.css custom-old-ie—xxxx.css legacy-xxxx.css media-xxxx.css post-type-dynamic-xxxx.css
2) uploads > the7-css > custom.css custom-old-ie.css legacy.css media.css post-type-dynamic.css
Are both folders necesarry? or wp-less one is obsolete and can be deleted?

Hi,
Files in wp-less folder are being compiled based on .less files and your theme options. While files in “the7-css” are optimized .CSS files that being compiled based on features you are using. Therefore these both folders are required.
I can’t see “Media Options” and “Add/Edit Project Media” in Portfolio section.

Hi. An image in the sidebar will be highly scaled (so, much more smaller than the original size) at a computer screen, while it will less scaled (so, bigger) at a tablet/mobile screen, for filling the full width of the screen doing it 100% instead of 30% at the computer screen. It penalizes the website page speed because of the “scale images” issue. How can be it solved? I’m doing the image size 2 times the biggest one showed at the tablet screen but when you are at the comptuer screen, it’s much more bigger, that’s why. Any idea? Thanks!

Display Preferences Trouble
When I select one of the screen preferences that I have selected from the top in the pages section, I make changes related to that preference but when the page is saved no page is selected as the screen is not selected. How can I solve this error?

2. Enable post types you need under The7 > My The7 in the “Settings” block.
Al these things are ok but when I click Portfolio Masonry & Grid icon pop-up window openind and waiting on loaidng.
Sounds like some JavaScript file was damaged or there is a conflict with one of your plugins. Or Page Builder is simply outdated.

Hi there!! I’ve just purchased The7 theme a few days ago, and am browsing around to get familiar with all the amazing features! I’m having a bit of an issue on the logo’s area: are there any sizes that are recommendable to use, for all the different branding options? My logo is wide! (travelling with tania)

There’s not “recommended” size – theme will adjust itself to your logo size automatically. Just make sure that logo visually fits the screen.
Another thing to note is “High-DPI” version of logo should be x2 in dimensions. E.g. if your regular logo is 150×100px, the High-DPI version should be 300×200px.

Am i the only one having issue with mobile not loading properly? I have installed the agency theme, having touch anything and it is completely screwed on smartphone… Tried with all browsers available… safari, chrome, firefox, opera…. All the same!!! Using iphone 6s

Viewing the Agency demo on my old beaten SE – works fine.
Though I must say that testing in FF and Opera on mobile devices is not something we are doing or planning to do.
Can you please post some links to screenshots of the issue?
i have tested on others browsers to check if the issue was browser compatibility but obviously i am using safari or chrome as main browser. Anyway, please have a look at my tested site here : http://blockchainviralvideos.biz . There seem to be an issues with sticky version of mobile header. As a temporary solution, you can change it’s mode to fade or slide.
Thanks for your reply but it doesn’t work neither with this option… Hope you could fix those mobile issues as soon as possible… When you scroll down, sometimes it give a total blank page and make everything freeze so with those type of issue, i can not deliver my client website knowing that 80% of the traffic will come from mobile… Thanks for your support btw!
Actually you can just check your own demo (agency) on mobile with your own setting and notice that the content sometimes disappear giving you just a blank page for few seconds. The slider also disappear when you try to scroll up
We acknowledged the issue. BUT it only occurs when you select the “sticky” mobile header. Please switch to any other mobile header option as a temporary solution.
Please have a look yourself instead of repeating the same thing… IT DOES NOT WORK WHATEVER header option you are selecting. Tried all options with same result…
