Hi, the revolution slider Instagram is failing to load the stream. I have registered the client with Instagram but somehow it is not working. my website is www.baselineventure.com. Because of the instagram failing to load, the entire layout of he home page is getting messed up. The similar page is www.baselineventure.com/home which displays perfectly without the instagram revolution slider. Thanks

Is it possible to add like a video gallery/portfolio? Is this an option on the muffin builder? My client has a lot of youtube videos and wants to display them on the website, in like a grid style, maybe like 4 videos a row or something.

1. If you mean videos like for example http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/theme/shortcodes/content-elements/#video then yes, it is possible. You can put few of them in line and then one by one.
2. Yes, you can customise theme using included options.

My requirements are 1.My customers select a specific category out of given. 2.The selected category have some starting price 3.customer add some extra option like baby seat into car price 4 the tax are added into starting price+ extra service+tax 5 The check out is Starting price+ extra service+tax

I would like to build my site using a combination of your demos. 2. Do you headers support images? 3. Does the theme have a pre-loader option? 1. Yes, you can but each demo requires own WP instance. You can install them under sub-domains or sub-folders.
2. Yes, you can use background images in header.
3. Sorry but we do not have this option.
Hi Muffin! Just got your theme 
My installation process has been smooth, however, as you advised, I set up a test site on a sub-domain. I am using a different domain than the one intended for the final site. I did this so that I can upload other demos and grab code from those to make a combination of features in my final site. My issue now is that the theme is asking me for the registration code to see the pre-built websites. So how am I suppose to see them if I am already registered in the domain where I’m building the site? Please advise and thanks in advance!
When we said that you can import demos under sub-domains/sub-folders, we meant you can do this around same domain. You can’t do the import on other domains because regarding license and agreements, one license can be used for one domain only.

yes, I imported the pre-built website but the slider was not included.
The Slider is included and if you don’t have it, it means you didn’t installed Slider Revolution plugin before the pre-built website import. What you can do now is import slider itself thru BeTheme > Pre-built website section. During process, you can choose if you want to import complete demo or its parts.

pre-purchase question I was recommended this theme by a friend, and she showed me the dashboard, etc. It looks pretty good but I want specifically to use the Offer Slider Thumb and we could not find it in the Builder. I see that most of the comments here are from quite a while ago – has that been dropped from the builder? If not, can you point us to instructions on where to find it? I’d really like to try it on her site on a test page before I commit to buying the theme.

We have seen that page but it does not give clear instructions except to say that the OfferSlider Thumb is a builder item. We still cannot find it in the builder on the site. She has updated the theme to the latest version, and created some offers, but can’t find the Offer Slider Thumb builder item.
