Hi, i noticed a tiny glitch in the matrix. I’m using Flatsome 3.5.2. When setting up Newsletter signup in the header (top bar), if you already selected a Newsletter block, the fields for Newsletter signup title and subtitle don’t show. I was looking for a way to translate the title (showing in the tooltip) and the only way was to change it in the element-newsletter.php (header -> partials). After i changed the Newsletter block to “none”, entered the title, changed back to a custom block, it showed the title properly. Not very intuitive, right?

I would like to completely disable breadcrumbs. I have searched through comments and all I can find is how to adjust the size, and case. Also can remove or add HOME but no section to completely remove? Any help would be great. Thanks
Hi UX Team. I have a persisting problem that lasts since WC 3.3.1 update and it’s still unresolved. Many users have already reported the same issue.
It’s a really strange issue.
Many image thumbnails are missing from category/gallery and product page lightbox. But these images are visible and editable in Media Library tab/folder and also when clicking on the lightbox image.
I download copies of these images via ftp, these images are ok and readable. I regenerate thumbnails, got 0 errors.
More strange, when you go back to category page after clicking on that broken image, the correct thumbnails is reappearing correctly. This issue happens both when logged as admin or on live frontend unlogged.
I read for days to search for a fix and applied all the usual procedures mentioned by knowledgeable Wordpress people around the web: did hard refreshing browser cache, test with all browsers on Mac and PC, flush any Wordpress caching plugin, disable all plugins except Woocommerce and theme, use force regenerate thumbnails, check all wp folders and files permissions (755/644), checked potential broken .js files.
I found one broken js file: jquery-migrate.min.js:2 That same .js file is involved in all cases where image thumbnails are missing.
I don’t know what is causing, but the issue is still reproducing with only WC and Flatsome active and all plugins disabled. So it is WC or Flatsome, either one or the other. I never had any problem like this before.
I checked both with WC 3 lightbox or Flatsome lightbox, same results.
I really don’t know what to do and really need your help on this.

Should I expect a detailed answer for this or will you do something after I renew my support? This is important, I can’t go live with such problems. Your support doesn’t seem to care and their answer are like they didn’t even take the time to read my email detailing the problem in full. Awesome theme but users should expect better support for such basic functionalities that should work.
Hi there, I’m sorry but I can’t open those images. I don’t have access rights. Is the problem only Flatsome related, or does it happen if you change theme also?
Hi. I tried with storefront didn’t have that issue. It’s really weird. I don’t lazy load nor cache anything. And prior to this I never had an issue related to thumbnails with Flatsome. I would suspect Woocommerce update did the mess but have no clue so far. All is up to date on my site.
Do you have the “Equal image height” option enabled? Try disable that

Ok, i found “equal image heigt” it is unticked, so i don’t use it at all. Same problem. As i said, i did nothing except updating and got this. So problem is still unsolved.
Does it work if you change theme?
Last time i changed theme to Storefront, it broke so much more images i had to reinstall a backup (with broken image too but fewer). I use a child Theme of Flatsome, trie to revert to main theme, did nothing. I also tried to erase WC and flatsome via ftp and reinstall it manually as your support team suggested it, no improvement. I did so much work since the last WC major upgrades that i couldn’t imagine downgrade to it to climb the ladder once again from the start. I realised this problem very lately testing my site, it wasn’t apparent at first site, that’s when i tested randomly few product pages… I talk with WC automatic team but they’re not helpful either.
I emailed your support team with few urls of my site, and even made a little video with the problem i have so you can gain some time in the process 
patience patience patience… one month of reporting this first issue and no one seems to care… i’m tired really. Not a constructive answer but at least i emailed a dozen emails to Flatsome support team, woocommerce, plugin developers… It’s like paying premium plugin and support isn’t enough and you treat most people as noobs with basic answers not investigating that much. i’m not trying to be harsh, it’s just that i except an above the average support from people i pay with my money. That’s how i treat my customers. I’m tired begging you help, i lose precious time and money. in 10 years I never had a problem like this with a wordpress site.

How can I replace the default search bar with another search plugin? Can I use a shortcode? Also, how can I make the search bar expand full width in the header, and can header html sections and blocks be made into full width?
Which file do I edit to add the Yoast breadcrumbs – I’ve looked at https://kb.yoast.com/kb/implement-wordpress-seo-breadcrumbs/ but don’t which header file(s) I need to target.

Just to explain – I’m talking about the individual product page breadcrumbs. I have been able to edit breadcrumbs.php to include the YOAST code but this does not affect the single product page. Any ideas on how to change this?
Further explain – it was woocommerce/loop/breadcrumbs.php I have edited. I found the code in woocommerce/single-product/layouts/product-gallery-wide.php which I have also edited, but some of my pages use the default product layout and I can’t find how to change those Flatsome breadcrumbs to the Yoast ones.
I want to change the default breadcrumbs delimiter, however the function recommended by WooCommerce does not work for Flatsome. Any reason why this function does not work?

I am sorry. These are pre sale questions. Your theme, flatsome is very great. The appearance on mobile browser is very great. I love it.. It shows me everything I need… But, via mobile browser, the whishlist icon, when it is put into the header, is it a dynamic whishlist icon just like your mini cart icon? I mean, when I touch it on mobile browser, I do not want the whislist icon to take me to the whishlist page. I want it, when it is touched, to work like your mini cart. Is that possible?
And, I have browsed your flatsome theme on mobile browser. I can not see any add to cart button on the product picture. I have to touch it first, and then it take me to the product page. It is there, the add to cart button. And when it is available on mobile browser, I do not want it to take me to the cart page button. I want it work just like your whislist button works on mobile browser.

No We have a few single portfolio layout settings you can choose from in Theme Options > Portfolio
The product gallery images (in product page) are always displayed in square format even after your last theme update today.
In the fix you stated that you made a modifcation for this problem but the only thing i see is that you just downsize the original image so it is full displayed with no crop BUT inside the woocommerce square format…. this is not a fix.
I found a workaround by digging into woocommerce manual and was able to modify this and display it the old rectangle format. It’s just 5 lines of codes in the function php file.
Why not giving us the possibility to choose the size of product main image size, image gallery size, catalog image gallery size. The only thing we can do in your customizer is choosing the product image size in % (5/12, 6/12, 7/12, etc…) not in pixel size.
Choosing thumbnail size for example does not affect image size in gallery. (The image is generated at the specified size but displayed in a lower resolution. Natural VS Displayed)
It would be a huge improvement in customization if you could do something on this side !

You can find settings for this in Theme Options > WooCommerce > Product Images. Remember to change the ratio of the images to get that rectangle look.
Sorry but it does not work. You always give that same answer to everybody but no it does not work. You can change all the parameters you want it does not change anything to the displayed image look. It changes the render size (natural size) but not the contender display size.
Or Please make a tutorial video to add to your documentation that show this working.
More simple to show us it’s working.
Can you please make an online demo page, with your last theme update + woocommerce last update., showing us the standard no sidebar product page with for example:
- 607×910 main product image - and 117×124 vertical gallery additional images
If you can show me this working on a demo page then i will put my hat off for you.
And of course please explain how without any CSS and only with your customizer you can achieve this

Have you enabled the “Equal height” option in Theme Options > Shop > Product Catalog?
I am speaking about PRODUCT PAGE not Catalog ! Are you really taking time to read the questions or just answering like a machine ?
What you are refering to is a parameter to have image rows in catalog to an equal eight in the eventuality they would have different heights.
Each time someone highlight a problem with product image sizing and gallery image size you deliver the same answer that do not work.
So again please make an online demo page showing us that your trick and advises works !

Please redownload the theme files and install the theme manually to resolve this issue.
if using ubermenu for desktop and flatsome menu for mobile(same menu), then the ubermenu advanced items(as tabs) appears on mobile menu. Also between 850 and 960 width no menu is displayed. Can you confirm/advice? I guess using a different menu would help..

You can change the flashing brightness by changing the background color setting in the Slider settings.
