Hello! You can add to the playlist single tracks or entire albums (as user) but it won’t be saved, so it is lost upon page closing.

There is no built in option, aside the permalink structure changes, but you can use a bit of PHP coding to change the slug of custom types. The helpdesk will help you with this if you need.

1) well, I purposed a widget because actually, in the header, in mobile, there is no space for a search form, which would require to add additional js /css to make something that opens on click, and in the header there are already 2 functions (menu and sharing) with alternative social links, so this would require (to be implemented as theme production function) to introduce a second option, making it a 4 cases matrix, and can’t be supported from us. If you make it as your own code, you can edit the part-header.php and put your search in the bar. This will require a bit of coding on your site for the responsivity cases.

Buongiorno, a causa di problemini di salute siamo tutti KO qui e purtroppo questo ha causato un brutto ritardo nei lavori. Consiglio di procedere con la versione attuale del tema e ci sforzeremo di listare le eventuali modifiche nella versione futura (in ogni caso ho guardato il changelog e saranno per lo più modifiche CSS su alcuni moduli per la versione mobile)
Cavolo,volevo vedere se ci stavano almeno delle migliorie.Questi problemi che ho avuto stanno diventando fastidiosi e speravo molto in questo update.Può almeno,gentilmente,dirmi come disabilitare l’ajax page load IN UNA SPECIFICA PAGINA e non in tutto il sito? Non è possibile che nonostante il plugin abbia ajax incorporato il tema non vuole vederlo.

Hello. I don’t get it… In your demo the images of Podcasts, Artists and Releases are all the same size in the footer. But: Release and Podcast images are 700×700 and artist pic is 900×500… How you made it that in the footer they look all the same crop format, but in original the artist pic is 900×500 and not squared??? I don’t get it ….
I can upload all images in square format, but i want the artist pic not so high (not square) like in your demo …. But if it’s not squared it destroys the grid style in the Footer Widgets 
Please crop them as in the demo to achieve the same result you see in our site. If you do the pics differently, the result will be different.
yeah – and this is exactly what i did … for releases and podcasts i had square images with 700×700 and for artist 900×500 image …. dont work …. what sizes do you prefer?
Only podcast and releases uses squared picture, while for all the rest in 1600*900 is fine

I think you have another thype of problem, like your server is not creating the thumbnails correctly. You shouldn’t change anything in the media settings. Try the plugin ajax thumbnail rebuild and make all the featured images of your site, if it doesn’t fix, this could mean your server is not able to crrecctly generate the thumbnails, maybe the GD library (or the new one I don’t remember now the name) is not working, OR some folder in your ftp has wrong permissions (like if you moved the site via FTP).
Anyway, as I see you have the theme since a while now, i was thinking, what can be causing you the issue only now and not before? This change may be the key of the solution… I think something server-related.
ok thanks for the info – i know i have the theme very long time, but i just started the page new again just 2 month ago … its also newest version and i didn’t change the thumbnail settings in the fresh new WP installation …. but maybe you can tell me exactly what is set in your thumbnail (media) settings and i can change it in mine ….. and please also tell me all the sizes that are generated if i upload one picture …. maybe this will help me to find the error ….. i don’t think it’s the server because everything is allowed etc .. its a localhost server on my laptop …. but i will check if everythings is created correctly when you gave me the sizes which are needed ….

Hello, the player supports shoutcast mp3 formats, not sac, anyway it works in Ajax also on mobile, if you see the music stopping please let me know your device and model. It could have happened because of incomplete / slow loading, but can be the device too.

Hello, still the issue is there, actually if you see other more recent sites with Ajax and Woocommerce, once you go to shop pages, load normally and not ajaxed. e have been working on this for a while and actually the problem is that, for ajax websites, you would need to load in every page every WooCommerce css and js, which would make the page loading time 3 or 4 MB heavier, and nobody wants to wait so long to open a site. Therefore it results more acceptable to have woocommerce out of ajax than to have a site that takes ages to open…

Allora,il tema è stato acquistato in società,io sono solo lo sviluppatore,gli chiederò il purchase code così magari si effettua anche l’aggiornamento.Però vi chiedo,la versione che sto utilizzando è la 1.7.1 e ho già dovuto effettuare delle modifiche al qt-main.js inserendo uno script per un plugin che nonostante abbia ajax incorporato il tema non ne vuole sapere di visualizzare.Grazie al codice messo il plugin viene visualizzato. Il secondo plugin,EVENTS SCHEDULE,si chiama,lo dico perchè magari è al corrente che non vi è compatibilità, non è possibile visualizzarlo per lo stesso problema che ho avuto con il plugin precedente.Purtroppo però inserendo degli script java non funziona e allora ti chiedo,gli aggiornamenti potrebbero portare al buon funzionamento del sito? Perchè ribadisco anche che,nel menù, se spunto la voce ’’Apri il link in una nuova tab’’ se metto un link esterno tipo youtube lo fa anche ma se metto un link del mio sito non mi si apre nessuna nuova tab. L’ajax non posso disabilitarlo perchè il player dovrà continuare a suonare e non posso fermarlo. Al massimo solo per una pagina,cioè questa,posso acconsentirgli di fermarsi un attimo ma per altro lavoro da fare no. Il tema sembra anche ben fatto ma mi ha deluso perchè si perde in queste piccole cose che con un po’ di accortezza potevano essere risolte già dagli sviluppatori stessi.
Ok sono un sacco di cose, per favore apri un ticket di supporto con i link al sito e lo vediamo lì. Se hai fatto customizzazioni, il modo corretto di farle è annotarsi i punti customizzati in modo da poterle riportare nella varsione nuova nel caso di cambi, comunque il js di questo tema è piuttosto stabile. Inoltre una nuova versione sta per uscire la prossima settimana con parecchie migliorìe, nel caso volessi attendere.

Hi guys, I have decided to upload the theme to the last version. Since that I am facing various issues.
Customize is not working anymore. It opens the page says “Loading” but never shows on.
Also the social Icons are not showing anymore, instead I see letters and symbols.
Finally the quantum panel doesn’t seem to work too. Before I was able to see my purchase code account etc. Now nothing.
I need a quick support from you guys, I opened a post in your website but it takes too long to get a response where other theme supports take usually few hours.

Hi, you have to deactivate and remove all the theme plugins and reinstall them again with the automatic installer. probably you skipped many versions and this cause dthe problems. The functions in the QT Panel are now not working anymore because Soundcloud, Mixcloud and Beatport almost dropped the API and are not allowing importing anymore. All the options of Vice are in the customizer. The panel will be removed in next version.

Hi, that’s not a bug, there are no comments on the artists pages, as in the demo. Is made on purpose because artists are people and not a matter of discussion, so it would make no sense to have comments there (as is not a social website). To add them you need to do your own custom version of single-members.php
Instead, in the link you just posted, that’s NOT an artist page but a blog post, therefore it has comments. I think you maybe created a post instead of artist, is it possible?

Thanks, the post you created is a news post not an artist page. To create an artist you have to go in artist _ add new. If you get any 404 error please try to go in settings , permalinks and save, it should fix

Since i upgraded to last version , beatport don’t import my covers , and i have no more sound ?? any idea why or how to fix ?
Hi, beatport smashed the API and as explained in the product and service description this was an “experimental” function (not even part of the product) but the fact is that now it looks like they messed up the API and the data is not containing many things, like the tracks can’t be imported anymore for example. In fact in their servers tracks are now splitted i many tiny pieces to prevent hotlinks and importing, which makes it impossible to read them. We got in touch with beatport but it looks like there is not going to be any fix as they did it on purpose (they don’t want people to import releases).
