The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.
Theme installation failed. I already searched for this issue and the answer was not helpful for as I did not have an option to download the wordpress file only from my profile but only the whole documentations and files. After I downloaded them I could not find the wordpress file. Please any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

We’ve been having a lot of problems with this theme. Changing anything in the demo site breaks another.
When we edit something in the Porto Interactive banner, all content is lost after saving the page. And we still get the old WooCommerce template errors, after updating twice in the last week.
I’ve been waiting for a response now for over 27 days.
I wish I could, but we can’t create an account. It says that the key has already been used, which it’s not.

When porftolio page is set from theme options then the filters dont work if i have a large portfolio. It renders the page when i scroll down. When will you fix this? At the moment this theme is not suitable for people who have a large portfolio.

We have removed the Ultimate Addon plugin from our theme since 4.0 release and the elements of ultimate addon which are used ion our demos we added those elements to a new built-in plugin named Porto Functionality. You have to use Porto Functionality Plugin and its element instead of Ultimate Addon.

It seems some files of your theme crashed while uploading. Maybe it is because your server requirement does not meet the latest Theme and Plugins minimum requirement so please update your theme again by following the steps given below you will not find an issue.
But First please make sure your server requirements is meet with the latest Porto WordPress theme requirement if not then please make sure to set first server requirements
Please try to install/update your theme by yourself first if you fail then we will do it for you. Please follow the below steps:
1. Take the complete backup of your current site.(If you are updating theme)
2. Go to CPanel wp-content/themes and rename old theme Porto to anything.(If you are updating theme)
3. Upload the latest zip file of the theme there in wp-content/themes.

Sorry to say that but this is not possible with the help of Theme Options. We use Woocommerce Plugin with our theme and Woocommerce has it’s default functionality on its product and every page.

I have three members in one row and i have used the below option <Show External Link instead of Member Link> (https://prnt.sc/iey1kl) as suggested by you for disable link, but it is hiding the first member link only for other members while hover on image, link is showing.

The first one is a screenshot from a different site whose design I had copied for the menu. As you can see it has two rows. I had managed to do that on porto without any css customizations on previous theme version. What changed on the new version?

Quick view also not working
But i have reverted to using product-image.php and product-thumbnails.php templates of previous woo commerce version due to this issue and its back to normal http://prntscr.com/ikijsc. However menu still needs sorting out. Its not sticking to set 5 columns as in my previous comment
