Hi there! Just activated Salinet (8.5.4) in WordPress. But I am getting following error (in browser console) while opening homepage: Uncaught TypeError: $(...).flickity is not a function (init.js?ver=8.5.4:10702). And thanks to that all I am seeing is a rotating spinner. Any pointers?

can I edit the main css file when i purchase to get this exact design though the graphic background is already done so will just use it for the home page and have the portfolio go to the right hand side just curious.

Using a carousel element would be the only way to accomplish this – unless you used a portfolio instance to create the structure and had each item link to a custom team member page

(iplanyourwedding.com) I am assisting my client in her website and I am trying to find where to slow down the scroll speed, when you scroll down on the page, you lose the initial header image so quickly. Any chance to slow this down or make it so it doesn’t scroll until you have seen the image? Thank You!!

I am using Salient 8.5.4 Ultra Responsive Multi-Purpose Theme.
I have configured home page as fullscreen rows ( Activated fullscreen rows ) and check with the mobile and noted following issues.
1. When I scroll down the site using right side dots, the site scroll smoothly. But when I try with a finger it works like shake each blocks ( not smoothly scroll ).
2. ‘Header Sticky On Mobile’ function is not working .

Is there a way to have multiple sorting options for portfolios? For example, I would like to be able sort by either one list of sorting options or by a second list of sorting options. Actually, I need 4 different sorting variables, each with 5-10 options.
Maybe as a drop down menu for the portfolio options, or is there a way to set up a sub navigation header for this but only on certain pages?
I am testing all the different portfolio options and no matter how I set up which sorting to use, it ONLY shows the word ALL.
Okay, seems that I cant choose to have it sort by only a few of the categories. If I select them all, then they all show up, but if I unselect even just one, none show up.

currently there’s no way to add multiple filter lists into the portfolio – it would require the use of a separate portfolio plugin. Not all post styles have the love button, but if you want to keep that style and remove it – add this into the custom css box in your Salient options panel:

The Adblock Issue.
Hello Salient!
I have an issue when Adblock is hiding portfolio items in Salient. Basically only 3 of many are shown and even with pagination on, all the others don’t show on the next page. This seems to be a problem since Adblock is getting more and more popular globally. So I have a few questions:
1) Is there a workaround, so that all portfolio items could be displayed while user still has Adblock on?
2) Do I have to tell my users to turn Adblock off if they want to see my portfolio? Do you think potential clients will appreciate this and do as requested?
3) Do you plan to fix this issue sometime?

Adblock would only block your projects if you are using the category “adverts” or something similar – if you are, simply rename the category

I’m not sure why but the Nectar/Home Slider typography setting isn’t responding to the font size adjustments I make. Is there some global setting that controls the font size of this element?

Change the parent row holding the slider to “full width background” and then change the Nectar Slider element itself to “Display Full Width”. That should allow the sizing to come through

On that same page, do you happen to know why there is a bit of spacing at the top and bottom of the slider? I don’t have any padding set on any of the rows/columns; and I’ve opted for the full screen/height options, but there’s still some extra spacing when you scroll up/down.
Also – I still don’t know why the Off-Canvas Navigation typography field won’t display what I’ve entered. Thoughts? (the font that appears when you click the hamburger…)
Note – after some testing, I found that the Off-Canvas Navigation font displays correctly on any Off-Canvas Menu Style that is not full-screen related (e.g. Slide Out Right). Hopefully that helps you troubleshoot.

I am a little unhappy. what is this, did you notice it as well? I have woo 3.3 installed and your latest theme version. Now I see that all thumb images on the product detail page are very blurry. They have not been that before. I create some images new, with square dimension, uploaded them new and place them new into the product – still blurry. This is the same in FF and Chrome. I also noticed that all Woo images are shown very blurry in chrome, compared to what I see in FF. Is there anything you can tell me about?
maybe I did not the new image sizing thing that they came up with for woo 3. I think I found the settings in the customer that works for me. Initially I have created images in 1200×1200px and I have set the size for product image in the customizer to 800px. I thought it will just resize the imported images to that size but it turned out all blurry. Now I have set the image size to 1200pc, in the customizer and now all is sharp. Obviously it is not a good idea to type px sizes into the customizer that are lower than the original size of the images. I do not know if all that makes sense but at least I found a way that works for me.

Hi! Pre-sale Question: I noticed a very annoying bug in mobile, when touching/clicking on an element ABOVE the social share button on bottom right (specifically the div with classes: .nectar-social-sharing-fixed .visible), it opens and selects the social share. Can this be fixed easily or will be fixed in next update?
Great theme BTW! It’s a little limited in the contact form for me and could use a few more features that some of the other knockoff themes are utilizing but the main reason I’m leaning toward sSalient is for the support and the strong solid code development. Looking to buy a theme ASAP and hope it will be Salient…

Here is a small bug report, you have to see this on an actual phone, if you make the desktop browser smaller, it won’t work, or if you use mobile-friendly testing tools on a computer it won’t work. But on an actual phone, it is not displaying properly.
