Are there any known issues you all are aware of that I should be aware of – since you made both themes? I have not yet purchased another license of the 7. holding off until I hear back from you all. Hello, I have a problem with the post on The7: Phychology theme. Even when I edit all my posts it continue show me the text from the theme in the post page. The posts page should show a short paragraph from the main content in the post, but it is not happening, and actually I notice that all the themes comes like this. How can I resolve this???

Another issue is whenever I go into the “Theme Options” and remove the “Give credits to Dream-Theme” it completely changes the navigation bar and makes it black and makes the layout different. How do I fix this? I have tried restore to defaults but it doesn’t do anything.

Hi I cannot update my theme and installed plugins or updates. I’m using Hostgator.

I am currently using your “App” template and when I changed the slider for the front page content it only changes the content on computers. Whenever I load up the webpage from a mobile device it defaults back to your template. Is there a way to fix this?

HI. I want to buy an another licence for a new project. I have some questions regarding the use of theme.

In a page done with the builder in the sections where only I have a picture, Can I add a parallax effect in them ?

Is there a single page with sidebar? not a blog page. And If so. Can I do a floating sidebar ( fixed widgets ) using a plugin like “Q2W3 Fixed Widget” to do that? Are there any known conflicts?

Can I use Page scroll to id Plugin without any conflicts? This plugin let you create links to a specific part of a page even If you are in a different page. I asume this happens in native way in the7 when creating a SIngle Page Web site but I need to link from home to a specific scroll in a different single page and If I can not do it in a native way I want to use that plugin.

Hi guys. I have an urgent issue It’s properbly my own fault.

For some reason the dropdowns in the header won’t display on the frontpage of my site. The menu item “Stoves” and the language switcher both have dropdown.

Can you spot the problem?

But it works on category pages and product pages, etc.

Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

I try to download an install The Pluins for the THE7 Theme (Version 6.2.0) on WordPress (Version 4.9.4) but some of the Plugins wont install. I get this failure code: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature Plugin not activated. A higher version of The7 Slider Revolution is needed for this theme. Please update the plugin.

I installed the Theme with filezilla, the normal way over wordpress dont work i reinstalled the Theme 3 times nohing happends the problem ar at all THE7 plugins

Hi Guys,just a quick note to let you know that The7 elements never shows the available updated on the main WP plugin dashboard. It only shows it on The 7 > plugins. I always miss the update because if it. Please configure it so it shows on the regular WP plugins dashboard. Thanks.

I moved the “uploads” folder between servers. It works fine, but when I try to save the theme options after a mod, it says : The application has encountered an unknown error.

I am suspecting, because the theme options are saved as a css in the uploads folder and i have moved it, edited it, this problem has occoured. Is there any suggestion you can give?
