If you want to set only one of the menu item to show as a button then that is possible with the help of Customization because if you set menu from Appearance >> Theme Options then that styling will apply on all the menu items.

Please try to install/update your theme by yourself first if you fail then we will do it for you but after extending your support extension. Please follow the below steps:

1. Take the complete backup of your current site.(If you are updating theme)
2. Go to CPanel wp-content/themes and rename old theme Porto to anything.(If you are updating theme)
3. Upload the latest zip file of the theme there in wp-content/themes.
4. Extract the zip file of the theme there.
5. Go to WP Admin Panel >> Appearance and activate the theme there.

Your theme will be updated easily.

But First please make sure your server requirements is meet with the latest Porto WordPress theme requirement if not then please make sure to set first server requirements.

We have tested it at our end with 12 Portfolio Items and all are linked with a single Portfolio Categorie and we used Porto Portfolio Element for that and it is working absolutely fine at our end Please see these screenshots: https://prnt.sc/imymkc & https://prnt.sc/imymm5 and make sure at your end that you have selected the right setting or not. Our Theme is fully responsive Theme and it works perfectly fine at our end. The issue is at your end so we need to debug your site so please contact us through our support system with your site WP Admin Logiundetails so we will check it for you.

And Sorry but you can not change complete site look on mobile it always work on the providing Theme Options. You can find some changes you will be made on the shop page from Appearance >> Theme Options >> Woocommerce >> Product Archive >> Shop Page product Column on mobile etc.
