Hey Pirenko, as always love the theme. Been away a while and came back to see a bunch of updates for your theme. I 1st tried it via FileZilla and then within WP and I just couldnt get the install to update properly.
I know I am out of ‘support’ period but all I want to do is keep on using the theme – I dont need help with it but I just cant get the install to work.
After ive uploaded the theme I am asked to update the Hook Framework and also the WPBakery Page Builder but when I do so I get this…
Update Failed: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature
I’ve tried looking at the documentation but the search facility doesnt seem to work – even the word ‘help’ doesnt have results.
Can you help?

oh and I have no other plugins installed either – Ive kept it simple just to ensure it wasnt a plugin causing this.

The Hook-Theme is the 5. theme from you, and they are all very very good! Thank you so much! But in Hook-Theme the 1-Click Demo Import is not working. It only shows “Importing, please wait!” but nothing happens. Any idea? Is it perhaps because the Import link is not showing to a wxr-file? Or something else? Any idea?
As a supplementary note: In your youtube video “Hook WordPress Theme – One-click install” you say, that I have to go to: Appearance / One-click install. And than I have to click on the button with “Generate Content”. This button is missing! And I only find Appearance / 1-Click Demo Import… and this page looks not the same as in your video. What can I do, to get the demos?

Do you mean the Theme documentation folder? Under this folder there is: Assets-help, icon54.zip,index.html, skins-import, widgets-import. Where can I view the theme documentation instructions?
I installed the plugins and the website looks a little bit better. But still not quite like how the Hook Theme is supposed to look. Is there something else that I need to install as well—widgets, skins-import, css, etc that wasn’t installed when I uploaded the hook.zip file onto Wordpress?

i installed the theme but while importing RTL, it was not properly imported to setup so i removed the installation and tried to install again but when i do that, it says that its already activated on this path…same path which i used before…still it is not letting me pass to next step…
