I want to give you refund not because of support or because of your questions. You just added bad review, just because I wrote you that you don’t have actual support and we can’t help with customizations for users without actual support. All theme authors don’t give any help with customizations at all, support policy of Envato also has notice, that support doesn’t include any customizations. But we provide them for users. The only thing which we require is ACTUAL support. Of course, you can use theme without support and even get help with simple questions. From your side, you think that we MUST give you something which other providers don’t do at all and even in fact that you didn’t pay anything for our support.

Support is included with the price of theme so saying I paid nothing for support is false. I have never said you Must give me something I basically requested some help and had I known you made changes In the css in may have requested this at an earlier stage. It was my belief that there may have been an option I missed to make the sites match up. It was yourselves who decided to basically say to me I had to buy support to have the changes. But why would I buy extra support when past issues with the directory side still don’t work after various emails so i had to use a different script in it’s place. You didn’t pay for support, because you bought theme long time ago, when Envato didn’t have support price at all. We supported such purchases near year even in advanced questions, but we can’t do this forever. Please, understand correctly, it’s not question about support. Long time ago being 6months ago? Yes I did write a poor review as the support that went with the theme when I bought it was poor so that’s why we have reviews. Unfortunately you can’t always get it right and on this occasion you failed to get it right. You say near year when I bought this just over 6 months ago. Thank you Sizam but I have already tried (‘Clear extension cache’ button) that and cleared site cache(All of these caches have been purged: HTML-page-caching, CDN (statics), and WordPress Object/Transient Caches.)
and deactivated then reactivated Geomywp ‘Posts Locator’ extension and removed then added post type (product) to try to fix this.
Also tried creating a new form (Posts) to see if the templates were visible in dropdown from a new form as I was editing the existing one but the ‘Custom-Woo-product’ templates are still not visible in dropdown

what do you mean by “custom-woo-product”? we never had such layout. there is custom table only and woocommerce grid 3,4,5 – use one of them

Custom-Woo-product-grid-3-col is how the ‘woocommerce grid 3’ template was listed in the old drop down, All I did was copy and paste the wording.

there is no posts folder in theme, it was already changed. you use old version of theme, you updated only child, must be updated also main theme

I just can’t see any countdown timer or expired text under the Get Deal button.

I have not done anything different so I think it is a bug with the latest update. The previous version was working fine.

Do I have to activate something in the theme panel area?

Also you are only showing me a screenshot of the countdown timer which you can’t tell where it is positioned.

theme doesn’t have any special tables, where you can export. so, you can use flat table or use our Table maker plugin, but you can’t export Tablepress data to it

Table-maker plugin import table function is currently broken – lots of complaints no replies.

I have disabled my caching, cleared cache – still didn’t work.

I have messaged tablemaker author but I dont think he will make a change or identify the problem as its a free plugin.

I asked if there is paid support – do you have? Is this a common issue?

Hmm.. The reason for my request is Google Adsense make a big change with its new Auto Ads format that came out a week or 2 ago, that when on mobile it automatically puts an ad just below the Review Bar area, so the Buy button gets put below the auto ad.

This causes people on the website to NOT see the Buy Button right away directly after the post because there is an auto ad directly after the post instead. I think this is an important problem that should be fixed on your theme because most people may not know it is a problem yet that will affect affiliate sales.

I know you have adspots, which I use, but the auto ads is the new format from google that intelligently puts ads on pages at the right time – unfortunately it does not take into consideration the Buy button, important for affiliate sales. currently, i don’t know what i need to fix. We don’t have plans to change position of code areas, because this will affect all sites of users, and i am sure that there are thousands of buyers, which don’t want to change place of their code area. If you think that you need this – do this on your site. there are many plugins which allow you to inject code areas inside content, so, it will work as you need.

Perhaps you can add an above / below switch in the admin area to change the buy button display position so it does not affect people who desire to keep it where it is.

Or maybe you figure out how google is deciding to automatically put ads directly below the post. There must be something in the HTML code that google sees to know the post has ended, and place an ad there, not realizing the buy button comes next..

What is odd is that google ads know to place an ad directly below the review bar block.

While I did notice this first to mention it here, I’m sure this will be a larger problem among users who dont realize why affiliate sales are down. This would be the reason. If people on mobile do not see the buy button directly after a post, they leave.
