I opened a ticket and it’s not showing up. Why can I not be given a workable xml download to use? This is very frustrating for us, we are a special needs charity and we need to get our site fixed and we really want to use this theme.

Hi there,
I installed Peak + Peak Child, installed all required plugins and imported the demo content. Everything was imported except the first home pages (home-1 & home-1-deprecated). They are in the list of pages, only they have no content and when opened, they just keep loading. I hid the loading screen with CSS in the browser, but there is nothing behind it. What to do?

If you do not need woocommerce functions, you can deactivate woocommerce plugin and with that the shopping cart will be removed from the menu.

You can edit the same in Theme Options->Footer tab.
I have a problem with the posts thumbnails when the ssl certificate is activated and deactivating it makes me see previews without any problems. what can I do?
Pls make sure you update the theme to the latest version. That should make the theme switch to WordPress thumbnail generation instead of Aqua (General tab of theme options in older versions of the theme). You can test it with older version by choosing the option WordPress in General tab – Thumbnail Generation Method.
Do I have version 1.2.0 to download the latest I have to buy the theme again?
No need to purchase again. Just download the theme from the account used to purchase the theme earlier.

Your support site seems to have been hacked. All the support threads go to spammy pharma pages. i have the Peak theme and needed some support but there’s no way I’m logging into a hacked support page. Any clue what is going on?

Problem is the same on my laptop and desktop and iphone, whether I use safari or chrome. I’ll send you some screen shots.

Yes.You can set custom color for skin in Themeoptions > General tab , can choose the required color there and that will adjusts the color of the theme elements automatically.
Hi, in order to access the support section, i typed my purchase code and in the email address I typed @yahoo.com instead of @gmail.com. Now it says that the purchase code is already used due to the fact that it was activated (with a wrong email address). the wrong typed email address does not exist. Hi, I’m looking at the team shortcode right now, however the department filter is not working:
Team Custom Post Type Usage:
[team department=”marketing,sales”]
Parameters -
department – The comma separated slugs of the department(s) for which the team slider needs to be created. Helps to limit the team members displayed to one or more departments. (optional).
I checked the shortcode and doesn’t show department as an input. Only post_count, column_count, member_ids are valid input parameters.
Can you advise?
We moved away from department in Peak. You can now filter the team members by using member_ids parameter. Just provide comma separated list of post ids for the team members you want displayed in the page. We believe this is more flexible than using the department param.
We will get the documentation updated to reflect the change. Thanks for bringing this to my attention.
Thanks, so it sounds like the Department meta itself isn’t utilized within the theme anymore. Member_Id seems more flexible, but at the same time increases the maintenance as every time a team member is added by my customer, I’ll have to go update every location we display departments. Cuts down on reusability slightly.

Pls use the SiteOrigin Editor page builder element – this has a rich text editor just like the WordPress default visual editor. All the formatting options you need like centering, fonts, tags etc. are present in this editor. Pls see the documentation below for this element -

We typically have multiple “projects” or “campaigns”, however all of our donations go specifically to the general non-profit. Is this feature available, essentially to set up campaigns, but then have non-campaign-specific donation? If so then I’ll be purchasing!

I have a couple of questions.
1. I have added my logo but when you scroll down on ‘sticky’ mode my logo goes over the background container and doesn’t resize automatically. My logo is 162×70px and i can’t go much smalle than this then you won’t be able to see the logo properly.
2. I have changed the custom colour for skin to black as our primary colours are just black and white. How do I go about changing the top homepeage campaign bar colour on it’s own though? The black on the grey bar indicator isn’t visible enough.
