Hi, I purchased the claue theme, which is excellent, thank you. I am using the ‘Shop my Instagram’ homepage. I wonder can the banner (which is under the logo and displays the title and subtitle of the page you are on) be increased in height? I want to fit my logo into this banner as I love how it looks but I cant seem to see any way of increasing its height. Also, when I turn the logo off, the claue logo still remains, is it possible to remove this? If you can assist in any way that would be wonderful.

1. You can increase height of banner on page by add custom css code in Claue > Theme Option > General Layout > Custom CSS
.page-head { padding: 50px 0; }
and change 50 with your number
2. By default the theme will load Claue logo, you can change to your logo in Claue > Theme Option > Header > Logo Regular and Logo Retina

Hi, I love your theme! Thinking of purchasing this theme as marketplace for digital and physical product. Could I please confirm that the theme supports the following features:
- Marketplace for a digital and physical products - Able to show discount % label on main page - Able to validate unique user based on residential address and phone number - Ability to validate credit card on sign up/verification - Product listed gets sent to admin for approval before being listed – should have: unapproved ones to show on user accounts marked as pending - Email confirmation on listing submitted, listing approved, successful transactions - Allow same account as seller and buyer - Buyer not able to contact Seller directly and vice versa - Ability to update status on transactions (i.e. received, listed, sold, shipped) - Ability to adjust product details until it’s purchased - Main page to show top 5 by selected criteria (i.e. highest discount, newest, etc) – ability to group by unique category - Only verified members can sell – two levels of members, a generic user without credit card details and verified users with credit card details - Ability to sign up without getting verified - Allow Social Media (i.e. Facebook) sign up - Responsive search bar on front page

Our theme available to sell digital and physical product but if you want make your site as marketplace you have to use a plugin to support these features your want ( WC Vendor, Dokan, WC Marketplace…)
The list features you want use for your site only plugin can control, please check with the plugins i suggest.

Hi, I like your theme but I have a question regarding bundle products. I mean, in your demo is not working properly, I would like to see this feature since I’m looking for something like this. Congratulations on a great looking theme.
I have a couple of pre sales questions regarding the theme.
1) Regarding the currency switcher feature. If I understand it correctly from the support comments I have read here, this is your own build currency switcher. ie. it is not a 3rd party plugin. From what I’ve read, recently there have been unresolved bugs with this during checkout and in processing payments where it does not process in the currency selected.
Could you confirm if these bugs have been fixed or if the currency switcher is still broken? If it is still broken, when will it be fixed? If I buy the theme I may look at installing the Woocommerce Currency Switcher by RealMag. This Currency Switcher has a very outdated look so if I did this, can I still keep the currency dropdown look and location in the top toolbar which you have set up in the demos?
2) Regarding the sizing chart. On the product pages the only option for the size chart seems to be a lightbox. How is this entered on the back end? Is it via a jpeg image or is it manual entry of the details into a table?
Is it possible to do the size chart any other way apart from a lightbox? As in, to display a table (via a dropdown option or similar) on the product page?

1. We confirm the issue with Currency switcher included in our theme fixed. If you use another plugin you can use shortcode to display currency switcher on top right
2. Our theme have option to change size chart for all products for separate product. It now only support image and doesn’t support use table.
3. You can insert size chart as a tab next to product description by manual you content

I am not sure I understand what you mean by ‘change size chart for all products for separate product’ – do you mean that a different sizing chart jpeg can be inserted for the individual products?
And by ‘You can insert size chart as a tab next to product description by manual you content’ do you mean that instead of the lightbox, the size chart jpeg can be inserted separately next to the product description so that a customer just has to click on the tab?

You can use our theme as business theme by don’t import sample data and don’t install WooCommerce plugin and plugins related to WooCommerce, use page builder to build your content.

i have existing content in there that i would need to delete after the import.
why cant you just have instructions for the demo layouts that you have on the site?

and change 16px as number you want

Hi, how do I edit the product pages? I wanted to put a notice at the top of all product pages, so I edited: claue/core/libraries/vendors/woocommerce/templates/extras/single/layout-1.php – I then moved it to my child theme but it doesn’t work in the child theme?

Is there possible add only one video to product? To play video is only one way: button and popup player? Possible to play video not in popup window, but instead image place?
Main image: big image thumbnails: Image, image, image video, image
If video only in popup then could you suggest some plugin to play video instead product image and without conflict with your theme?
