Hello, I have recently changed my website to HTTPS from http. There appears to be one image that is hardcoded into the settings. This is the background image that shows up on the modal / popup login.
It has the url: http://mywebsite.com/wp-content/media/2018/02/13.jpg
I don’t see any settings in the theme options to change this image. The image is stored in a serialized array in the database and tampering with it is breaking the serialized array.
I’ve manually edited serialized arrays before but this one is insanely big which makes it nearly impossible to effectively adjust without breaking it.
I’ve tried numerous times to manually adjust it but I’ve always ended up breaking it (even after adjusting the characters count on the serialized array).
This is the only image that the website is pulling from http, I’ve been able to switch everything else to https.
How can I manually fix or update this URL to https?

Sorry but our theme does not have such a feature. Our mobile menu is at the top along with the site logo. There is no option to move it at the bottom.

The js composer is not yet updated as we have not released a theme update after the js plugin was officially updated. We will release the new version along with the future theme update. I’m not sure what post header you are referring to. The posts have templates you can choose from: https://forum.tagdiv.com/post-templates-2/ As for the images, the single image element was not tested on a 2/2 column layout. The images here are cut of because of the way you split the content in half. Try to use a different element. Do not use the single image element. Add a column text element and implement the images through the tinymce/wysiwyg editor. As for the page you mention, if you use both vc and the tagdiv composer, this type of issues can occur. Please only use one page builder and disable the other one.

Hi since 8.7 our mobile menu doesn’t work on iOS. Could you give us your opinion please? What are we doing wrong? How do I activate AMP? How do I control featured posts on mobile please? Also can you add pinterest to your social counters please? We would also like a block post feature because we have guest authors and sometimes we need to block duplicate posts from reoccurring. Your mobile menu does not work at all not only on ios. It is most likely a plugin conflict.
Please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme. As for AMP, please read this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-amp-plugin-tutorial/ The featured posts in our theme are not controlled separately for mobile and desktop: https://forum.tagdiv.com/featured-posts-2/ Pinterest is not available in the social counter plugin. I’m not sure what a block post feature is but I assume you refer to guest posting. Our theme does not offer such a feature. you will have to find a plugin that can offer that functionality.

Please notice that Visual Composer comes bundled with the theme packet and should works as expected with the theme. The latest version of Visual Composer (WPBakery Page Builder) has not been tested with our theme and we cannot say for sure if it will work or not with the theme, sorry!
