Hi, I have just downloaded this theme, added theme and dummy content with no drama, however, I can’t see ‘Theme options’ in the top bar. I use this theme for another site so am pretty sure I’m looking in the right place. Any help appreciated.

Some plugins may overwrite it.
Navigate to The7 > My The7. In “Settings” block you’ll be able to enable a “spare” Theme Options menu specially for such cases.
Hello I recently bought this theme https://the7.io/corporate/. After I installed the theme i have this message “Important notice: You have an outdated version of WPBakery Page Builder Design Options. It is required to review and save it.” but i can’t update it in the normal way

In a post and Row Settings, we have the “Row Style”. In my posts i have “Default VC” with bgcolor in “Design Options” tab, but this has changed to “Default The7”. Theme Version—> 6.1.3

The7 is already 33% cheeper then other top selling themes. Due to fees structure on ThemeForest, our profit on each sale is actually only half of what other authors get for their full-priced themes. Therefore we cannot really offer any additional discounts :(

I am wondering if images in widgets can have their thumbnail manually set to a specific size—for example right now when i use the DT-Portfolio widget in my footer, all the Portfolio featured images are showing up in GTMetrix as loading at 500×500 (and being shrunk down) rather than at 100×100.

Hello, what would be the quickest way to get some support. I opened a ticket in your support portal, but haven’t received a response in 3 days. We have attempted to migrate a site that is using The7 and the gallery is not functioning properly. The images should be appearing in a grid format, but they are not being cropped properly after the migration. Everything works fine in the old location, but the new location is a mess. There are about 40-50 album pages with hundreds of images and everything is a complete mess on the new server. Every other portion of the site it working just fine. Do you have a way that we could pay for expedited support? Thanks!

I have an install of your theme on a site. Originally it was customised by a developer with a customised child theme.
It has been a while since updates were run on the theme and the site and I am trying to oversee that stage right now. I am having an issue whereas the when I update wordpress and the theme, the Visual Composer gets stuck on loading and it is unusable. As WordPress itself, The7 is PHP and MySQL based
In other words it will work just fine on any correctly set-up server that supports PHP and MySQL. So it is not dependent on the operating system.
This theme is not working on godaddy hosting panel. I have another free theme of wordpress which is working properly on godaddy hosting panel. When i active this theme (The7) then its giving following error
“500 – Internal server error. There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.”

This is a pre-sales question, concerning licensing. Do you, and subsequently Envato, view a sub-domain as a separate license? I am building a main website with some separate sub-domains for shopping, such as one for toys, one for books, etc… If I build those as sub-domains under the main site will they each need a license to use this theme? I want to avoid what some have run into where it sounds like it is errantly listing multiple registration of the theme. I will use the theme on the main site and also on the sub-domains linked off of that main site. Thank you.

It’s a good question.
If we understand the license correctly, sub-domains can be used with single license if they are logical parts of bigger website. I.g. you prefer to have “shop” and “blog” sections on separate subdomains – this is perfectly fine. Or if you are creating a multilingual site and keep different languages on dedicated subdomains.

So far so good, but want the image slider to loop continuously and can’t find an option for that. Also I’d like to remove the small full-screen and pause icons that appear bottom right? Thanks!

Author, I really like your topic, but please think about it: 1) when you turn off the sidebar, it does not turn off on the blog page 2) you can not just turn off the top bar 3) the “Show widgetized footer” option is not disabled on the blog page 4) It is not possible for all records to simultaneously disable displaying the favorite image on the post page

Point 2 can be done by removing microwidgets from the top bap.
