I’ve used the theme to embed some youtube videos. In a few instances, if you go full screen, there are elements of the site that appear on top of the video while it’s playing. Is there a setting or a bit of css i can use to remedy this?

I have another Issue,

I finally upgraded to the latest Theme (i am using a child a theme). I have an issue with the menu options. The homepage obeys the theme settings menu option and also the custom page options. It works perfectly.

All the other pages give the add a white background to the <nav> tag, but i cannot find where it is. I have searched all CSS files, and its not there.

what could be the issue?

I am getting JS errors when i use menu items that are not in a mega menu and not using JS scroll. Maybe this function: “OnePageActiveOnScroll”

I want to have 6 menu items that link to 6 pages.. But i keep getting hundreds of JS errors when i do debug in Chrome.. It all works perfect, but those errors are there on 5 pages. The homepage uses the page scroll function, but the other pages do not. ALL menu items on the homepage scroll to a section ID, and this has no errors. The other pages also work, but those errors come up.

I swear this is the most frustrating support system. The online support system is unable to confirm my purchase code. I have tried to submit 3 days now, sent an email. The theme is broken won’t let me update the header, errors across the settings panel and i can’t import themes. I need assistance on this as I thought support was included.

Hi, I can’t seem to find a way to change the padding ( i want i smaller) between menu items – neither in theme settings or with css. Can you help?

I have a question about re-using the template on multiple websites.

I bought the template back in november and successfully implemented on my domain. Now I am working on a subdomain. It seems the Revolution Slider cannot be implemented on the second website.

Can you please confirm which are the conditions for the implementation of the same template license on the second domain? And is there anything that needs to be taken into account for the use of Revolution Slider when the license is used on two domains contemporaneously?

I know my support expired, but before renewing the support I need to know if I can use the license on multiple domains and under which conditions.

Does this theme support the use of svg files?

I have PURCHASED this theme when I import demo data it not look like your preview page, shop page is my seriously and want to look like preview theme. I’m sure for double check php info as theme doc. recommend and sample-data folder are set to 777.before import.

Is it just me, or the latest update (1.9.1) has an issue with font sizes? Changes under Theme Settings – Font Settings – Font Size don’t take effect?

After the upgrade, all the fonts on the site defaulted back to the theme’s original sizes (not in the theme settings, but on live site somehow). I reset the Font Setting section and tried to readjust sizes back to what I need them to be but no changes take effect?

I believe I am clearing all the cacheing correctly.

If someone else bought the theme for my website and then left my company, where can I find the purchase code? I have an urgent issue regarding the WP Bakery plugin and need support from the H-code theme author, but can’t submit a ticket without a purchase code.

This is what WPBakery said to me:

“The issue is because the older visual composer (now WPBakery Page Builder) was modified by the theme author by customizing the existing elements and adding the new one’s. Now when you updated it, the customization made by the theme author was lost which causes the issue. You can check it with the theme author if there is any way to preserve the customization done by him with the latest version, so that such an issue can be avoided at your end.”

I just installed h-code when i try to enter the theme settings page it doesn’t load. I tried reinstalling wordpress and uninstalling all plugins to see if maybe that was the problem but I am still not able open the theme settings page. PLEASE HELP!
