Hi. I imported a new demo version and a lost all my Global Custom CSS and all configuration. I do not think it is suppose to do that. Could you please send the path to find the file?

Did you do a backup or export your theme settings into file before the new version import? If you do import demo via theme options there is popup – https://prnt.sc/it4zsc this means that after the import your theme configuration (theme options) will be changed and this can’t be restored without a backup. Please do not forget to make a backup before any updating to be in safe. Hope this answers your question. i am having an issue now with the demo install process, its hanging when it gets to the “importing demo content” stage after the plugin installation. Im using PHP 7.1 and its installing on a subdomain. I know that should not be really an issue but im unsure why its hanging and causes an error 500.
