Hi

Customize Option doesn’t work. permission problem. can’t change the css file name under tc_stylesheets directory. When I change name in the ftp it works.

Update 3.3.3 site very slow. Many errors in code. Please fix it

Sorry about that. Please help me check those things first.

1. Update Eduma the latest version 3.3.3 (Dashboard >> Eduma >> Dashboard).

2. Update all LearnPress addons as well as another plugins (Dashboard >> Eduma >> Plugins >> Update Available).

3. You should upgrade LearnPress database (LearnPress >> Tools >> Upgrade Database then click Upgrade Now button).

Then check your site again. If you still get the issue, the conflict may came out from another plugin, so please send me your site info to candy@thimpress.com with subject “ivancash – Eduma Support”, I will check your site more carefully, make sure everything working fine ;)

Since the last update, when the “Preview” checkbox is checked for a lesson, it gives an error in the curriculum section: Notice: Undefined property: LP_Lesson::$get_item_type in xxxxx\wp-content\themes\eduma\learnpress-v3\single-course\section\item-meta.php on line 23

Have tried on a clean install using the latest version and still getting the same error.

Also, within the lesson page, there is no longer an “edit lesson” link at the bottom of the page. So to edit the lesson, we have to now go into the dashboard > lesson > find lesson > edit. Makes it very cumbersome.

Hello, I installed it online and it fixed the first issue.

On the second regarding Edit Lesson link within a lesson, it is still not showing up anymore. There used to be an edit link at the bottom of the lesson like on regular WP posts.

Hi, I have a problem with the site. On Mac I can see the site with the correct styles but on PC you see all the very small texts and the styles change completely. I need to be able to solve it as soon as possible please.

Issues I noticed.The course edit page doesnt communicate well with the db. If you create a lesson via the Lessons menu instead of directly on the Course Edit Page, the edit page cannot find the newly created lessons, it shows empty screen when trying to add the lessons to the course section. Also, since the update the author cannot be changed into othe user, i had to go to phpmyadmin to do it instead of the course edit page. Thanks :)

Hello Ken, I upfdated theme and learnpress plugins, following your latest indication in the post but I still have an issue in category pages list of courses, they don’t show me courses but only the content of a course. I am able to update the site with new LearnPress….

Hope you will now have time to look at those CSS suggestions given me… (for ex: in Courses/Section…right now..it is expanded by default…pls make it collapsed by default..so that the user need not scroll down a lot )

hi,

when i was trying to install new plugin but i got this error

Your server didn’t allows to download plugins.

In this case, there are 2 ways.

1. (Recommended) Please contact your hosting manager and ask them to change the server config.

2. You can manually download those plugins (https://wordpress.org/plugins/) then directly upload / install on your site dashboard.

Hello, My WP Bakery plugin license is not activated, what can i do ?

WPBakery is a 3rd premium plugin.

And ThimPress (us) get an extended license (not regular license) to include the package in the theme, and allow clients (you) to use this plugin.

Clients will get support/update via the theme author.

Yes but it is said in my wordpress board that i need to update WP Bakery. Otherwise, i cannot because i don’t have regular license. Also, i don’t have all the tools i need in this plugin. For example i would like to use “Heading Bloc” but it doesn’t appear in the plugin !
