Hello, My support has recently expired and I need to update the revolution slider. All the other support forums I’ve read has instructed me to contact the author for the update file since it came with a packaged theme. Do I need to extend my support to get the updated?

Is it possible to change product gallery mode to something like that http://flatsome3.uxthemes.com/shop/men/osaka-entry-tee-superdry/ ? Gallery images not showing in popup, but instead of featured image.

Hi Greatives and Blade users

This is the hacky 5 Column solution I came up with. Until, hopefully, future versions have a few more options for No of columns… Or maybe even a section on the support page where we can share solutions that your team can endorse. Hope this helps someone

Step 1) Add a row and use the following custom row configuration 1/12 + 1/6 + 1/6 + 1/6 + 1/6 + 1/6 + 1/12

Step 2) Give the row a custom class name of five-columns

Step 3) Add the following code to your CSS

@media (min-width: 768px) { div.five-columns .grve-column-1-12 {width: 0px; min-height: 0px;} div.five-columns .grve-column-1-6 {width:20%} }

Like I said at the beginning it’s a little hacky but it works a treat for me. And on mobile, it returns to full width. Obviously, leave the first and last 1/12 columns empty and all should be peaches. Have a great day and thanks for the killer theme.

We provide exactly the same custom row solution for this in our support forum. I also think that you do not need the CSS snippet as you can change the column layout in smaller screens via the column options. We will also reproduce this in both support forum and live tutorial to help our customers.

As a side note, allow me to clarify that this common issue has to do with the WPBakery page builder and not with our own grid. This is actually the reason why we cannot add the 5-column layout option.

We are on 2.6.4.

We have discussed similar tasks with you several times and you know very well that there is nothing we can check in the comment area. So, update theme and required plugins, disable your 3rd party plugins and use our support forum if you need any further assistance.

So it isn’t an error in the theme, though it is in our error log within the Blade’s woocommerce area. The code is the same on the newer version but will update anyway to see what occurs.

As I wrote before there is nothing to check here. So I think it is not good to make any assumptions. Thanks for your understanding :)

Hello there! I’m running the latest Blade v.2.6.3 (Child) theme on WordPress v.4.9.4. I updated to WooCommerce v.3.3.2. on Tuesday, and then updated again on Wednesday to WooCommerce v.3.3.3. Since updating I’m getting the following warning message:

Your theme (Blade Child) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files.

I have checked the system status page and found the following 2 affected files:

blade/woocommerce/single-product/product-image.php version 3.1.2 is out of date. The core version is 3.3.2, blade/woocommerce/single-product/product-thumbnails.php version 3.1.0 is out of date. The core version is 3.3.2,

Just wondering if a Blade theme update will be coming out soon that will include updated versions of these 2 out-of-date files? If so, when should I check back for the update to Blade? Thanks in advance for your help. Have a great day! =)

Investigating – Google Chrome groundlessly flags Envato Market downloads as dangerous and prevents users from downloading them. The warning can be ignored and the file can be downloaded using an alternative browser.

Thank you for getting back to me. I found it odd too that I had only encountered this warning with Blade. But since my earlier message, I attempted downloading that other theme again and DID experience this same “dangerous file” warning there also – I must have attempted that download before the warning took affect on the entire Envato Market – but now I am getting this same warning on ALL my Envato themes in the Chrome browser. I just want to be fair and make a note that this is happening with ALL Envato themes across the board, (not just Blade). =)

So if I’m understanding correctly, you are saying this is a groundless flag and by downloading it I’m NOT putting my computer at risk (even though Chrome flagged it). Am I understanding you correctly? I’m just making certain as I am using a workplace computer and don’t want to put my company’s files at risk. Just looking for confirmation on this before proceeding. Hi, I purchased my license, the theme is installed perfectly, however on the main menu there is three dots button, it is showing that this is blade theme with a button to purchase it.

Sorry for writing here. But I need to create a site. The focus will be the customers products (and in the future it is going to be a webshop).

I worked with all of your themes already. But because it is a long time ago I am curious which theme would be the best:

• Blade • Osmosis • Movedo

I used Blade for the last webshop client. This client is very into having a youtube video instead of a slider at the start page.

What do you recommend. I need to built it as soon as possible. Thanks for your help in advance.

I updated to the latest version of WordPress and now the Visual Composer Plugin will not load when trying to edit pages using “Frontend” or on the Edit page section of a selected Page. Can you explain how to fix this?

Thanks for your message. I cannot verify any issue at my end so could you please double check that you have also updated the required plugins (WPBakery page builder, Blade extension) and not just the theme? Also disable any 3rd party plugin you may use, clear your cache and try again.

Hello, Greatives Team. My support has ran out but want to make sure im asking the right question to the right people before purchasing any more. I am experimenting incompatiblities/conficts with some plugins. The devolpers arae saying the the I am using (Blade, last version, all updated) are covering CSS styles mainly in Elementor buttoms: It inherits theme colors and not allows any customizations. I am very preocupated because I dont know what to do after trying a solution exhaustively. Can you give-me a north about it? What could be done? Renewing support is necessary? Thank you in advance.

Yes, I am talking about Elementor, the famous page Builder.

I ‘ll try to expose what is going on:

Blade is just The best Theme I’ve erver seen and used; I have always “in love with Blade Theme”. I have purchased Osmosis, a great job of yopurs… But Blade, is Blade!!! I can’t imagine myself using a different theme.

I have purchased Visual Composer PRO and some add-ons for it. After some months, I’ve also puchased Visual Composer WEBSITE BUILDER, from the same developers. This tine, the problems begun: I coul not save my changes, all my work done during editing pages/posts, did not take effect. WP-Backery support, after analyzing the problem, informed me that the problem was with the Blade Theme and suggested contacting you, the developers. WP-Backery also returned the money back to me since they could not solve the problem. So I tried the Elementor, another page builder. Everything works wonderfully, except the buttoms of both the plugin interface itself and the ones in the pages and posts: colors are inherited from the Blade theme and there was no way to disable it. I tried changing temporarely to a Wordpress Twenty Seventeen theme. Everything was great.When I turned back to Blade, the problem ocurred ain and again. I’ve reseted the Wordpress Cache, memory and also ask The server to do so, to clean all cache. The problem remais.

Elementor developers also suggested that I contact you, to know if There was anything you could do. But I ask: is there anything I can do? I really want to stay with the Blade Theme, even though I have a lot of work already done over the course of a year, and it will be very difficult to migrate to another one. Please do not misunderstand me, but if It will be necessary to renew technical support for the problem to be solved, I will do so promptly. And yet, I keep saying thank you for any help.

I understand everything you have said about support and I am extremely grateful for these explanations.

I would also like to thank yous for your detailed response even though it is always recommended to use an email for such long messages :)

I still think that the answer is pretty clear here. Blade comes as it is in our demos and users can easily have what they see with no coding skills. They can import the sample content, use the handcrafted elements via the enhanced Page Builder etc.

I also cannot understand why you have purchased different page builders. Why didn’t you just contact us? Check this related article http://docs.greatives.eu/tutorials/visual-composer-and-bundled-plugins-updates/ to read why there is no reason to purchase any additional license when you are using Blade.

The main point here is that there is NO issue when you are using Blade as it is with the required plugins. Could you please just point us the issues you have in such an installation? Use this Contact Form to provide us access and we will sort any issue you may have. No need to renew your support package. I am pretty sure that everything works just fine. However, as I already wrote, we cannot provide support for any other 3rd party plugin.

If you want to stay with Blade, you have to stay with Blade as it is. Please let me know.
