Hi, I have the contact form activated on my site and have email set to ‘required’ however when anyone uses it, I receive an email from ‘wordpress’ but it doesn’t display the senders details, therefore I cannot reply to the email. This is a big problem. Can you please advise on this.

Hi, unfortunately this article does not answer/give me the information I need. The form is set up, people can send me emails by filling in the form but I cannot reply to these people as their email does not show for me to see. The email comes to my inbox from ‘wordpress’ Please advise. Thank you

Hello, I installed the theme yesterday on a brand new Wordpress instance on my PHP 7.0 local server. I installed the suggested plugins, and then tried to import demo datas in Claue > Install sample data. But, this doesn’t work. I click on “import”, then one second later there is an alert box saying “import done” but nothing changed. Can you help ? Thanks

Hello, I recently purchased your theme but realized after importing the demo contents, the pictures were not included! What is the reason? like any other themes, I’ve worked with all came with full demo content. Your response needed as asap!

Sorry because inconvenience.
All images are just used for Preview Purpose Only. After you import sample data the images will be replace by dummy image because the copyright and license of demo’s images.

Hello i like your theme but before i buy i need to know if it comes with an option for my customers to shop by brand ,
(1) i sell several brands and i will like each product page to show the brand name.
(2) The brand name must be clickable so that the customer can click on the brand and go to a product page the only has product for that brand , for example like these https://robin.thememove.com/product/candy-co-annular-pendant-light/
(3) I will need a page the list all the brands ( like shop by brand page) and when a customer clicks on any brand page they will go to a product page the only has product for that brand. For example like this https://robin.thememove.com/shop-by-brand/

Hello @JanStudio Today I’ve updated the theme to 1.3.2 and the pagination numbers which appear at bottom of store page has gone/dissapear. I can’t navigate through the products, just the first 16 items. Any idea what could be the reason. This didn’t happened on the previous version

I added 50 product photos and descriptions while using standard shop layout. But I want to import sample data for using other shop layouts. I think we can’t use shop layouts without importing sample data. I wish we can switch shop layouts to select them from dasboard.
If I import sample data, my product photos and descriptions will be deleted?

You don’t need to import sample data to change shop layout. You can change shop layout in Claue > Theme Option > WooCommerce > Product Listing Settings.

I have the latest version of Claue (1.3.2) and Woocommerce (3.3.4) installed but products will not add to the cart from the product page, just get a spinner while it waits forever.
It works if I deactivate WPBakery and the problem was there before I updated Claue to 1.3.2 – I thought this might solve the problem as I see that the new Claue includes an update of WPBakery (although still not the current version).
Any ideas what I can do about this?

Following on from my problem above, I have now gone back to my plugins and am unable to activate WPBakery now – there is no ‘activate’ button only a notice that says that ‘this pluging needs to be updated to be compatible with your theme’.

Just an update to let you know that I have got the ‘add to cart’ working now by disabling the AJAX add to cart buttons so all seems good now.

Hi , because your theme doesn’t supported countdown for varitation products I’ve purchased Yith woocoommerce product countdown plugin.
The countdown itself does work but not the timer “countdown”.. it works on default theme.
