I can only see 5 header options yet on your themeforest page there is over 5 header options that are on display. I would like my homepage to have a full sized image with a button to click through to the store. I can see this as an option before I bought it but now that I have installed it I can’t seem to do much with your theme. Please help. I also don’t have access to visual composer. It asks me for a premium license which I shouldnt have to pay for if I have downloaded and paid for your theme.

How can you remove the “flatastic all rights reserved” in footer? I realise that it is important to note for copyright but it doesnt look professional for a shop page? Thanks

I generate the Token code.

I paste the code in the box and press the Submit button, but it is not accepted.

Why is it that every time there’s a theme update and its installed exactly as the instructions detail, that the background image disappears? I have the background image in the Flatastic Styling Options as well as the Home Page Layout Options. I thought it may have just been me but the last 3 updates it did this exact same thing. It does not display anymore.

It is a conflict with WC VENDORS PRO as when this plugin is disabled the menu works as it should be when the VENDORS PRO plugin is enabled the menu only works on the home page.

How can this be fixed?

Im unable to install any of the plugins via the plugin manager due to a Curl 7 error. Can I manually upload these?

pre-sales questions:

1. Can the vendor have a different looking store front than the hosting site? Example, the host is using a electronics store front but the vendor wants a perfume shop store front.

2. Can the vendor give away product? I do not see where the vendor has full control over their customers and allowing them to give away products if they choose too. I think if you are paying a monthly fee to have a store front you should also be allowed to give away product and control your own customers.

3. Can the vendors share products and share commissions?

4. When the host gets new products added can the vendors get notified to either add the products to their store front or opt out?

I think the concept of a multivendor website is clearly the future of website design, but due to the limitations mentioned in my pre-sale questions I think there is a lot of room for improvement. I would like to see the vendor demo and see how much control the vendor has after they sign up.

Is there a way to convert their commissions to be paid towards their monthly fee to host a site through the hosting site? I understand this would be difficult but at the same time the option to take out of commissions automatically would be more convenient and transparent than to have them pay separately since they are getting commissions from sales anyway.

Please do not say it can be done without working examples. I feel at the price you are asking for this theme I am not expecting too much to see these questions answered with working examples please.

I know my support has expired but there are no titles on the Blog pages. How can there be no page titles on the blog pages? I really need to be able to style the title to match my site but there isn’t one nor is there an option to turn them on. Please advise.
