hello, the theme is great and very easy to configure but I have two problems that were not there in the beginning. I am not sure in which update the problems began.

1. when you click on a portfolio item on the home page and the pop up appears you can’t see the images. There were there before, now nothing.

2. in the first page I have the Porto Recent Posts element but nothing shows up. this also worked fine before.

1. Please copy and paste the below given CSS code to Appearance >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Custom CSS. Your issue will solve.

Porto Recent Posts works perfectly fine on your homepage at our end: http://prntscr.com/iv4yj3 that must be the cache issue at your end so please remove your server/site and browser cache and then check your site hope you will not find an issue if yes then contact us through our support system with your site WP Admin Login details so we will check and solve it for you.

Hello, When I perform a GTMetrix or Pingdom scan I am getting a Requests by Domain: cdnjs.cloudflare.com

I don’t use cloudflare, so I reached out to Siteground and asked them to assist me. They replied the connection to cloudflare was a CSS through Porto. I’d just like to confirm if this is true. It’s ok if it is, but I’d like to know for sure from the developer. Thank you

Cloudflare is the server type cache and it is enabled/disabled by the hosting provider company on the site and sorry to say that but the connection to Cloudflare was not a CSS through Porto.

Hi, I am now setting up my ecommerce store with Porto theme.

I am trying to figure out how to create a page with 3 image blocks.

For example they click on “Smartphone Accesoires” Then they are re-directed to a page where there are 3-4 Images that say: Cases, Screen Protectors, Other accesoires. And each category has an image. they click on it and get re-directed to chosen page.

How can I create that page?

First Create a fresh page on your site and then on it create a new row: https://prnt.sc/ius0b4 and then divide that row into three columns: http://prntscr.com/ius1g8 and then insert single image element in each column: https://prnt.sc/ius2sv then you need to set that image element as per your requirement and you will find on click option in the image element you have to set open custom link on click in the image element option and then put custom link in it: http://prntscr.com/ius4ak now the only issue is that ehere those links comes from that you have to insert in the image options, so for that you have to create 3 different pages and then paste those pages links in the custom Link option of the element image.

Hi I have inserted a category image whose dimensions are 283×533. I do not understand why the image in the category page is displayed with huge dimensions. i tried to insert in the css the following line but it doesnt work .category-image {width: 35%; display: block; margin:0 auto;} could you please help me?

We have removed Master Slider from our very first update of the Theme and it was almost 2 and the half year ago and we do not support Master Slider anymore after that update but instead of the Master Slider you should/can use Slider Revolution which is compatible and also pre-packaged with the Latest Theme.

We have used Woocommerce Plugin in our Theme and Woocommerce has it’s default functionality for reviews but you want to upload pictures to Reviews on product page this is not possible with the help of Theme Options but we have searched and finds some plugin listed below please check one by one and check which is plugin is suited for your site.

I think maybe it is the 3rd party plugin confliction issue or maybe the theme is not updated properly and the stylesheet or CSS files not loaded properly. Please re-update the theme via CPanel. I hope your issue will be solved.

it was fine before update the lastest version and it went wrong just after updated. I update via CPanel, Anything one know how to fix it?

Please create a new page on your site and create a new same banner on that newly created page and check that it works correctly or not if it works correctly then it means you need to create a same banner on the homepage again then your issue will solve if it does not works correctly then it means the theme is not updated properly and the stylesheet or CSS files not loaded properly so in that case you have to update your theme again your issue will solve.

And sorry to say that but Do not provide support to support expired users is the Envato Policy and we have to follow the Envato Policy that is why we asked for support extension. Hope you can understand.

We have tested our latest Theme and do not find an issue and it works perfectly at our end the issue is at your end and we are unable to see your providing example.

Please follow the steps given below.

1. Please check your site system status from Porto >> System status and make sure not a single label there has the red background is yes then solve that first.
2. Please deactivate your site all the third party plugins on your site.
3. Please disable /remove server, site and browser cache on your site.

Hope your issue will solve if not then we need to debug your site and for that, you need to contact us through our support system with your site WP Admin Login details but after extending your support extension because your 6 months of support period is now expired. System Status is just fine. My server uses PHP 5.6.34

This is only happening on above site. I have purchased two copies of Porto and the other site is working just fine.

First Please Go to Theme options > Woo commerce > Single Product make sure “Show ”Hot” Label” is enabled.
