Hoping for some guidance. We are looking for something similar to a Photo Carousel or a Portfolio slider. (like the images scrolling horizontally) The issue we are having with Photo Carousel is you can’t see the navigation arrows when on full screen template and the issue with the Portfolio Slider is it doesn’t scroll automatically (and the title/link/other words on the images. we like the mag.glass to bring up into what I think is lightbox) Do you have any suggestions for us? Perhaps you could use the Select Image Slider. It has navigation arrows and there is no text on hover, although there is no auto scroll. Unfortunately there is no shortcode that works exactly as you described, so maybe you could look for a plugin to help you achieve this.

Hi, we just wanted to report an issue with your theme, we have recently switched the blog page format to ‘Blog Masonry’ see http://www.chapmanarchitects.co.uk/news/ and we’ve noticed a bug on PC Chrome and sometimes in PC Firefox, when we load the page it doesn’t load fully see https://www.screencast.com/t/huarqqjn. It is possible to have a different portfolio single view in the mobile version? I want to have the “portfolio big slider” in the normal version, but in the mobile devices I prefer to have the “portfolio big images”.
On the other hand…Can I change the color of the arrows (left and right) in the “portfolio big slider”? Now they are white and sometimes I can’t see them.

You can also try to follow these steps if after theme update you still have problem with this.
This issue can commonly occur when user sets SSL certificate on a website where it wasn’t present and installation wasn’t configured initially in that way. You could try using some SSL links fixer plugins like maybe following ones https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-https/ but that doesn’t guarantee fixing the issue. More proper way would be to remove images that are causing this problem and re-uploading them again. By using google chrome developer tools console you can find list of images that are causing this issue.
And on the end if after this you still have problem please open ticket and our support will inspect this issue closer.

I’ve noticed on your woo commerce shop example that the quantity counter won’t display the full quantity when it’s in double or triple figures. It’s as though the space isn’t big enough to display them. It’s doing the same on my site and my products are ones that have a minimum order of 25. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks.

I cannot see a way to upload a screenshot, but if you visit your sample shop site: http://demo.select-themes.com/hazel12/product/leather-wallet/...and press the + icon to add more than 9 products into the basket. You will see that any number that is more than a single digit cannot be properly seen. Only the first number, and a small part of the second number is visible.

I changed our blog layout from one of the masonry options to large image or small image. I wanted to change it back and I am unable to get to go back to a masonry. When I select Blog Masonry it displays as Small Image. When I select Blog Masonry Full Width is show Large Image or similar from edge to edge of screen. Any thoughts on why this may have broke? I reinstalled files form the Hazel folder (process when updating to newer vision of theme) and it didn’t help. Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks!

We don’t know what might be the problem except that update wasn’t finished successfully or maybe that some files were not copied, so maybe you could try to delete the theme and then to install it back again (its latest version). If that doesn’t help then please submit a ticket to our support at https://select.ticksy.com/ and provide WordPress and FTP admin access so they can check this on your end.

Hi.
I’m working with the VIOLET demo, with center logo and fullscreen menu navigation. I have changed the size of the logo (in this case 60px).
With this configuration, the icon that open the menu is under de logo (not on the right side), and because of that, I must increase the padding top in all pages…If a put less than 100 px here, the text on the top “disappear” behind the header bottom.
The problem is that, in the mobile version, this 100 px padding top is too large! (because here the icon is on right side)

We are using this theme however support is expired. However i have found an update you should probably release which is on the blog pagination you do not have rel=”next” and rel=”prev” on the links, can you release an update with these added as Google like to use these.

I think you misunderstood i mean in the code you have not added the rel=”next” and re=”prev” which google likes to use. (You can read more here: https://yoast.com/rel-next-prev-paginated-archives/ ) I tried using yoast but it didnt add these as i guess the blog uses a special layout from the theme you provide.

We didn’t test it with our theme, so we cannot confirm compatibility. Our customers are using CF7 and there is extension with Mailcchimip that should be working well.

When installing the theme’s required plugins, it looks for “layersliderwp-6.6.3.installable.zip” however the the Layer Slider plugin zip folder is named differently as 6.6.4.installable.zip and therefore it can’t find it.

Thanks for your reply. As I’d only just downloaded it from ThemeForest I thought it’d be the latest version so didn’t think to update it before installing required plugins. I got around the issue by renaming the zip folder to what Wordpress was looking for but will try updating theme next time first.
