Hi Guys,
I have updated my theme to version 14.0 but for some reason when saving my contact page on my website, it goes to a 500 error page.
This only happens when i place the “Contact Form 7” form element into the page via Visual Composer. When the page is saved, from a front end point of view the page displays blank.
Any idea’s what could be causing this? I have added an alternative form on the page at the moment which seems to be working, but ideally i need Contact Form 7 working on this page.

It could be server related issue since we couldn’t replicate this on a testing installation while saving page with CF7. I suggest you to try htaccess fix from this article https://qode.ticksy.com/article/11730/

Please check did you entered email addresses in bot From and To fields in Qode Options > Contact Page.
If that doesn’t help then please contact support by submitting a ticket at https://qode.ticksy.com and provide them with WordPress admin access so they can check this on your end.

Adding your own custom css requires coding knowledge or if you are using some software which allows you to export code then you can copy it from there. SVG isn’t officially supported by WordPress because of security, but you can try to allow it with some plugin. If it is working fine then keep using it, but if you encounter some problem then disable plugin and use .png or .jpg logo.

Hi! One question, is it possible to change all the titles that appear in page from h1 to h3 for example? In what php.file i should do that? Is because i want to have just one h1 for each page and i would like to add it manually in other part of the content.

Title section is rendered from title.php file which is inside wp-content/themes/bridge/title.php so change h1 tags there to something else.

Theme files are fine, we just tested them, and also Envato wouldn’t allow uploading of some file if it contain virus, so probably hosting security is too tight and some files were interpreted improperly. Hi QODE. I moved the page from one host to another via ftp. Mostly, everything works beautifully but i have problem with some icons. F.e social icons, the ” arrow slide” icon and some more are just only white rectangles. Can you help me ?

I am working on setting up a site for a client, and ran into an issue with WP FORMS. You’re probably wondering why I am writing if it’s a WP Forms issue, well after reaching out to them, they copied my entire site to troubleshoot, and found they only run into the issue with using the Bridge theme, as they had no other issues using other themes. I wonder is there a piece of code or option in theme options I can turn on or off within the theme to make this work. WP Forms is being used for a heavy in conditional logic application for guests.

Plugins isn’t officially supported but our support can take a look into this, and to try to assist if it is some easy fix. I see that you have valid support so please try to clear browser cache and then try to submit a ticket again and provide WordPress and FTP admin access in your ticket. Provided video is helpful but we can’t debug this by looking at it.

PLEASE bring back the option to import the landing page demo content. This was one of your most amazing features that everyone loved. It’s clear in the comments that people want this option back, especially for us who purchased the theme when this was part of the package. It feels like a bit of a bait and switch. It has been 8 years, and now you call it the “tour” but still don’t make it available for buyers. Please understand that being able to replicate the tour would help buyers better sell our services, so we would buy more licenses from you for more clients. Clients are more impressed and interested when they see something like the tour, which shows a variety of options we can offer them. Please make the tour available for download and installation. Please check if you have updated the theme and its plugins to the latest version listed in change log.
To update Bridge theme and bundled plugins please follow instructions from this article – How To Update The Bridge WordPress Theme And Bundled Plugins.
After you update the theme all of the plugins with available updates will be listed in Appearance > Install Plugins. It is important to update Bridge Core plugin that will be listed there.Don’t forget to sign up for our newsletter and be the first to find out all the latest news.
