1. I’m seeing the following custom css that’s being added which is causing the issue:

html body #header-outer {
    min-width: 1000px!important;
}

2. When editing the slider in the page builder, you have the option to set a “Minimum Slider Height” and there’s also a tab at the top of the settings for “Mobile text sizing override”. You should be able to handle this by using the two settings

1. This modification would require the use of WooCommerce filters and isn’t a mod related directly to Salient

2. When using the default layout (no sidebar) your products should display in 4 cols, are you trying to get 4 cols with the sidebar enabled?

1 – My current theme has no problem displaying the product short description without the use of WooCommerce filters. Why can’t yours?

2 – I haven’t tried the sidebar yet. Can’t configure that during preview so it has to wait until I’ve set Salient to active – which I can’t do till point 1 is fixed.

Your theme is adding the additional code to have that display then, as mentioned this is not default functionality of WooCommerce. Yes you could. Using the page builder, you could add both a regular blog element and a portfolio element set to lightbox only. If you want those sections to be able to be navigation to by anchor links, you could set them up as so (check the video tutorial in the docs here)
