Did you imported any demo? Or you are working on site from scratch?
First you need to add social icons from Customize > Header > Social icons
Then for example go to Customize > Header > Header and add new element then select Social Icons element.

I have a row with an image set as the background. the row is full width with no padding. it looks great when you first go on the page but if you change the window size there is a white bar that shows up on the left

Please delete Codevz Plus plugin then reinstall it from Appearance > Install Plugins. Then edit that page have issue, click on update button. This will fix the problem.

Go to Theme Options > Header > Header and find Logo element, open it you can see Size field. Its now set on 100px, You can change it example to 200px

Hello, thanks for your answer. The Problem is not to link inside a side with #xy (this works fine), the problem is that an anchor-link to an other page e.g. http://site.com/#your_id doesn’t work. JS-Error: Uncaught Error: Syntax error, unrecognized expression: http://site.com/#your_id

It seems to be a jquery-bug -> to solve it, I now use short-URLs (e. g. from bitly) and now it works. Not the best way – I know – but ist works. 
I added it to our update list and will check it to fix the issue. Thanks for information.
My workaround:
1. To avoid the JS-error I changed this line in the “custom.js” as follows:
var item = $( $( this ).attr( "href" ) );
to
var item = $( $( this ).attr( "href" ).replace(/^[a-zA-Z]{3,5}\:\/{2}[a-zA-Z0-9_.:-]+\//, '') );
This makes an the “http(s)://www.xyz.xyz/#anchor to #anchor and keeps the cool mobile “smooth-scroll-to-anchor-and-slide-in”-menu-effect.
2. To link to an anchor of an other page and keeping the “smooth-scroll-effect” on “One-pagers” I did as follows:
a) I added a body-class (e. g. #xyz) and a menu-class (e. g. #abc) for these pages where I need the “externat-anchor-links” and excluded them from:
mLink = $( "a[href*='#'], a[href*='$']" ).not( 'body.xyz li.abc a, .wc-tabs a, .cz_edit_popup_link, .page-numbers a' );
Now it works for me like a charm.

Hi there, Congrats on your theme. I have just bought your theme and uploaded it to my WP. I have an issue uploading your demos. First when I click on the Import demo withing the dashboard nothing happens. I read through your online help about adding the demos manually, but there is no file related to them that I can import. No content folder nor content.xml file in the downloaded zip theme.

PS. For finding problem with demo importer, First open your browser inspect console then go to demo importer area and try to import demo, If you got any error in console, Let us know. Thanks

Ok I found the issue. The SSL prevented the script to run. I disabled it and I now can see the demos.

I just updated the theme and tried to customize the colours of my website. I saved the customizations, but nothing changed.
It’s the primary colour of the website that doesn’t change. It shows the correct colour that I put in on the customizer, but it doesn’t apply it to my website.

Hi, just got theme update and I am not sure how to apply that. When I am trying to upload the theme it says folder already exists. I have the main theme installed and child theme is activated. Let me know how to update this now and future without affecting the content.

It looks like we can customize the mobile menu pretty well (image background and colors) are those in theme options or default WordPress (mobile styling) Can elements have on scroll animations on phone view? Yes, you can create different header for small devices, actually we have 3 row for desktop header and 1 row for mobile with 3 inner columns, There are list of elements that you can add into each row of headers. Hi, i got problem. I am not sure which action triggered some parts (mostly sliders and banners) are gone. So I uninstalled the WordPress and database in my C Pannel and install them back, same WordPress account and doamin. Now when I tried Xtra “Demo Importer”, I was told “Invalid Certificate”. I am new to WordPress, did reset thing casue my certificate expired? Or how can I fix it? Thanks

You should contact with your SSL or server support. You shouldn’t uninstalling WordPress, Anyway, First fix SSL then test demo importer, Or disable your SSL then import demo and then re-enable your SSL

1. Each element have separate settings and by editing each one you can align center its content. At one time, you can’t make everything center.
2. Its unknown issue, Please go to Theme Options > General Settings > NiceScroll and turn it OFF. Then test your site. If still have same problem, send your site login credential via our profile page contact form, We will check your site.

Hello, I can not go through “page settings” tabs, whenever I click on a tab setting such as “header styling” the tab won’t change it only get me into the top of my page editor. I can’t change anything now.
What could possibly be the problem?

Sorry, but I have tried with 3 different browsers but the problem is still exist and your solution does not work..
Btw, why does different browser shows different result for the hotspot element? I have added an image background for the Hotspot element and on Chrome and IE it only shows a black dot while in Firefox it shows the image. Is it a browser issue or maybe something else?
Try to deactivate your 3rd party plugin then try again and edit page. It may something does conflict with theme or other plugins.
Also while you are clicking on tabs, open your browser console to see if there are any errors.
About hotspot background image, It seems you have set one of background fields to ‘fixed’, please set it to ‘scroll’
and for better view, set background size to ‘contain’
About that page you faced problem with scrollbar, please remove all element then try to add elements again.

Sorry, your solution does not work. I have tried to deactivate all plugins except Sucuri and iThemes which are security plugins. I have even removed cloudflare cache and changed to different browsers, but the issue is still persist. Would you mind to check into my website to see it by yourself?
How do I edit my elements in tablet or smartphone mode? I can not edit the individual elements because the edit icon is not appearing.

Hi there. I purchased this theme yesterday, but whenever I try to activate it, it corrupts my website and I get a HTTP ERROR 500. I’ve contacted my hosting company and they say the problem seems to be with the theme, as any other theme I use works. Please advise.

Error 500 is an general server error and usually its related to PHP version and PHP memory limit, Please upgrade your PHP to version 7
WordPress recommended PHP 7.2 https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/Also increase your PHP memory limit to at least 128M

Thanks, I’ve done this and managed to upload the theme as per your instructions, but it keeps telling me the stylesheet is missing, and when I view my website it shows “not found” on a plain white page. I’ve installed lots of themes and know how to do it and which folder to upload (the zip file xtra.zip). What’s going on?
Message of “stylesheet is missing” means you are uploading wrong file.
Please after downloading full package from themeforest unzip it and just upload xtra.zip file.
