I’m running the newest version of Hook on the newest version of Wordpress, but both my frontend and backend Visual Composer editors are not working anymore. In the backend changes are never saved. In the frontend I don’t see content at all.

Hi, was there a general solution for 500PH? Because I encounter the same issue. Now on theme 3.3.2 (from 3.2). Got an update notice for Hook Framework, but ‘download failed. Not found’.
Never mind. It worked out after enabling the Envato plugin. Envato signalled the 2.6 version as the active one, yet upon updating it recognised 3.3.2. as being already installed. Then logging out & in the system, let it do the theme update correctly. After that, the Hook Framework update went successfully as well.

Bonjour Pirenko, J’ai acheté votre theme pour un client, à son nom, actuellement je vous joint avec mon compte. J’ai un petit problème avec mes ancres : pour que mon lien ancré fonctionne il faut que je rafraichisse la page, je voulais savoir si ce problème ne pouvait pas être lié au thème. I installed the template but the pages after the import are totaly different, the footer is missing, also icons and images, and so many other elements…

Hi, after downloading and extraction The folder shows me Hook 33 i guess its for version 3.3, but after the installation WP still shows as installed version 3.2, anyone elve having this issue? Kind Regards, Ronny

The issue should be related with an extra plugin that you may have, because I don’t have any similar report. I would recommend turning OFF all the extra plugins for a moment and trying again. If the issue does still stands please check the PHP error log to understand what is the issue.

Hi Pirenko, I’m just about to produce my first site in ages, but noticed one of my past clients has a problem with theirs “Instagram has returned invalid data.” Support has expired, but i’m looking at purchasing the same theme again (because it has been so good in the past). Apparently you are using the theme twice with the same license: http://ideicom.biz/nordam/ and http://ideicom.biz/
Please notice also that you need to purchase one license for each different website that you are going to use the theme.

That is the thing, ideicom.biz is my server domain name, ideicom.biz/nordam is the installed version of the theme. I don’t have the theme installed directly in the main domain. How can we fix that problem?

Hello there!! I don’t know why but when the Hook Theme is activated, Facebook scrape information lose all data and doesn’t show neither the image, neither the text. That only happens with the homepage but not with the posts. And as soon as I deactivate the theme, the scrape information appears perfectly. Any recommendation? In that case the height depends on the image relative proportions (it is variable). If you want o have a fixed height, you can try and install a plugin (free or premium).
