SO it has been over 4 days since i submitted my request for assistance. I have lost out on at least $500 in revenue all while being unable to post to the support forum linked here. I paid for two rounds of support and I have to wait 3-5 days on average just to get a 3 to 5 sentence response. Updated the theme and now the entire site is broken(no sliders, no ability to customize). Thimpress has been nothing short of dismissive of my simple requests at this point and from a customer perspective you should take a moment to ask if you want to deal with this type of company

Urgent Please first suddenly our website www.aastacademy.com not working and looping i made the following 1. contact host support they informed me their is java script error in website page cause this looping and they can’t do it 2. i change main page to demo one course then reload site it’s working 3. back again main page to demo language school i found it’s work in desktop while in any mobile or tablet main page still demo one course !!!!

For example : A user buy a subscription for 30 days and have access to the video (course) content and this user copy the link of the video from the source code , after subscription expiration the users still view the video or not if have the link ? 3. If the answer to question 2 is “no” what is the meaning of subcription , the user pay for 30 days and have the video for life .

I have an issue. Everything is working fine on my site but when a lesson is opened, the sidebar on the left does not display the other lessons (as it should have done according to the demo) :/ any ideas? I did not import the demo and am building from scratch. After the THEME update to latest version today and also LEARNPRESS plugin update to latest version, the course layout looks buggy, I cannot see the curriculum of the course etc. You can review the site here: https://elearning.sorainen.com/course/konkurencijos-teise/ Have to go back to previous version of LearnPress to get normal again. Please help me check this:
1. Update Eduma the latest version 3.3.6 (Dashboard >> Eduma >> Dashboard).
2. Update all LearnPress addons as well as another plugins (Dashboard >> Eduma >> Plugins >> Update Available).
3. You should upgrade LearnPress database (LearnPress >> Tools >> Upgrade Database then click Upgrade Now button).
NOTICE: If you are using a child theme, it might contain some old functions from LearnPress 2.x so that it might cause some unexpected issues. Don’t worry much about this. Let’s discuss more with me, I will help you to upgrade the child theme too
