I already bought several licences of your great theme.
I am from Germany and in May 2018 we have a new law (called DSGVO). Part of the law has to do with Google fonts. It means that it is needed to save Google fonts on our local server to avoid HTTP request at Google’s server.
Question: is it possible to update the theme that used google fonts can be transferred to the local server?

1. Go to Theme Options > Typography and select Font not Specified
2. Download desired font from Google Fonts
3. Apply them using this guide.

I want to try some features and i used the testdrive of impreza. In this testdrive the Grid Laxout Edit/Add function doesn’t work. I try Chrome, Firefox and Edge, in all Browser i cant edit, add or change the elements.

In newest version there are some bugs in header! No Icons for ?; Import/Export, Templates. And: after updating my header was lost! Only helps: I have another page with header which works and so I could export data. But in this installation I will not update theme until bugs are fixed.

Two of these files aren’t related to our product since they were added via your child theme, you can simply remove them. Other code snippets aren’t related to Impreza as well, most likely they were added by some 3rd party plugins, you can download Impreza here https://themeforest.net/downloads and check our archive again. In your case, we recommend to delete all untrusted plugins completely, reinstall Impreza and check your site again. Also, contact your hoster, probably they have some security hole.

Using the Grid Layouts, is there a way to add word wrap for the blog side image layout for the text content excerpt? So that longer text wraps around from the right side of the image and finish below the image. Similar to a left justified image where the text wraps around the image. http://impreza.us-themes.com/blog-side-image/
If not able to be done in the grid layout, is there some CSS that I can add?

Grid builder doesn’t provide this feature out of the box. Text can be either on a side or below the image, it can’t float the image. You can hire a developer to implement the desired layout for you.

My support has expired for all of my UpSolutions Themes but the only problem I am having is on a clean site installation with only the theme provided plugins installed and activated I am unable to save changes made in the Theme Options. The circle just spends without saving anything.

Hi, Social Icons not showing in bar. I have clear cache and nothing. I have also tried in different browsers and nothing. I am running the latest version of WordPress 4.9.4 and the latest version of Impreza 5.0.1 I have also switch on Optimise CSS in Theme Options and nothing. Hello. After update on 5.0.1 the problem is in Grid Layouts. I don’t know why in google testing-tool “Hentry” don’t generate any error, but in Google Webmaster Tool can see errors (missing author and updated) for this elements.
If you open page with Grid layout with blog elements in “Google testing tool” you can see only: @type “hentry” entry-title “Some title” Published “Some date” bookmark “Some url”
If you open page with single element from Grid Layout appears: @type “hentry” entry-title “Some blog post title” updated “date of post” author -@type “hcard” -fn “authorname”
How can i fix that? (Deleting “hentry” is not a solution).

We just checked Grid Layouts and everything works properly, you can add the desired elements, in your case, Post Author and Post Date to the Grid Layout, and hide them with hidden CSS class if you don’t want to make them visible for visitors.

But i already use Post date. And it is interesting that in Grid layout in Google-test in hentry is “Published”. In single element in hentry is “Updated”.
Google Webmaster Tool think that error is in “Published”.
We couldn’t reproduce the issue, create a ticket on our support portal so our engineers could investigate the issue better.

Hi, I have just taken over work on a clients website that purchased your theme. They mentioned that the icons in the footer (font-awesome) weren’t showing up for them, I have no problem in chrome but when I look on Firefox the font isn’t loading. How can I go about making it so that these fonts show on all browsers and not just in chrome? Any help is much appreciated

The goal is to make sure wTabs() does not run before jQuery is completely loaded. More specifically if I use Autoptimize plugin with “Optimize JavaScript Code?” checked that particular line breaks because it’s the only one in that file NOT wrapped in a jQuery ready.

Version 5 is not fully backwards compatible. Rather than “adding” a new feature to set Android Chrome Adress bar, you just set it to Primary Color – I dont want that.

Hi, just updated one of my site to 5.0.1 and the headers have stopped working correctly. I can see from the support forum that this has been an issue. Tried updating again by downloading the latest version and istalling manually but the problem is still there.
