Im with this problem already 3 weeks, the support is 0 i put here my problem again i buy this theme thinking he was the best but untill now the support is a big disappointment.

My problem:

i install the enfold theme but the advanced layout builder is not working i already try everything, the trasient cleaner, change browser, refresh the theme, erase the previous theme and then updat again, everything and everything, please help me i already put this problem in the forum but no one is helping, the moderators answer to the other posts but they ignore this problem.

After updating my theme now my images are missing and text boxes are missing. Before I was getting this error ( Fatal error: Can’t use function return value in write context in /home/harperdg/public_html/lake1/wp-content/themes/enfold/header.php on line 6 ) so I updated my version of PHP to 7 now nothing shows up on the first three pages of my website. Hi, last year I have purchased an Enfold theme and I have developed a website which is working very fine and I am very happy with the theme. Now I want to develop an online Shop on that website with WooCommerce plugin. But the shop is not working with full functionality. The pages like shop, cart, may account, checkout is not coming automatically after installing the WooCommerce plugin. I can not add the payment gateway. It states that your shop is a Demo shop. I was looking to switch themes. You have listed a “Live Preview” made it seem like a live frontend editing like Flatsome. I purchased your theme, and was sadly disappointed when I found out you have to keep going to the frontend and keep refreshing to see the changes take affect.
