Hi, I purchased your theme and I regret it!!! You are layers!!! You say in your description that your theme is compatible with WPML and it’s not. We have issues with woocommecer multilingual from WPML and your theme. We need to recount terms each time a customer makes an order or each time we add a product! We contacted WPML and they said this :

“I can see that you are using the Flatsome theme. We are not currently compatible with Flatsome and have attempted to collaborate with the theme author for many months with little success.”

I chosed your theme because its compatible with WPML, I want my money back and you can take your theme. Had to pay too much money for a developer to fix your incompatibility and we had enough! Much more than what your theme costs. Please tell me how to do the claim and to return us the money! If your theme is not compatible with WPML or you don’t want to collaborate with WPML, you should not include this in your description! They should sue you for that.

You need to collaborate fully with them (WPML) or take out the future of WPML compatibility from your description! Be profession! you are one of the most sold themes in theme forest for god sake!

Hi there, I just got my SSL working on my site. There is just one problem I cannot get my head around. Whenever I upload the logo to my site via the cusomizer, it creates mixed content.

- I tried reuploading my logo file, did not work. - I tried a different file format (jpg instead of png) did not work. - I tried to give the file a different name and then upload, did not work.

I rather don’t want to use one of those ‘simple SSL’ plugins because that will slowdown my site.

For blog excerpts, would you be able to make the excerpts go to say 300 words and/or allow for us to click the custom box and enter any number? I am using this theme for a client who’s website is 95% blog and he would like longer excerpts, I’ve looked for a solution in the comments section and tried a couple different things and still see no results for the widget blog elements and I would love to stay with this theme and believe there is a way, I just need help/guidance finding out how.
