Hi there,having trouble with portfolio trying to get masonry layout on our home page. Initially worked fine, but when I added a tag to pull from, masonry function no longer worked. I deactivated all plugins to see if that might be an issue, but did not resolve. Upon reactivating plugins, I also discovered that the url of each portfolio page now goes to a 404. (Not sure if this was an issue before or only after deactivating and reactivating plugins).

You don’t need to activate any premium plugins that comes bundled with the theme. They come under a special extended license that allows Theme authors to include them in the themes. More information can be found from this article on our Support portal.

One of the differences between bundled and standalone plugins is that bundled plugins can only be used with Crane theme, and do not come with their own individual purchase code that allows you to receive premium support/features from the individual plugin author. That means premium features like Premium sliders templates and Addons in Revolution Slider are not available when you buy a theme that bundles the plugins.

After purchasing and downloading this theme crane. I am unable to edit using the WPbakery supplied in theme therfore cannot edit templates or use theme builder. When I try to it takes me straight to the WPbakery site to pay for a $45 license. This was supposed to be supplied in the bundle.

All the premium plugins listed in Crane theme are bundled with the theme. All of them can be found under Appearance -> Install plugins http://nimb.ws/WN7nzx If you import demo content, plugins will be installed automatically.
All the plugins including Page builder should work correctly out of the box. If you face problems with it please create a ticket on our Support Portal and provide us admin access to the site and we will definitely help you with this issue!
“Cannot download assets. URL not set by theme config.” The error message I get trying to import demo content. This error appeared after a clean install of the theme.

Hi! Thanks for getting back to me so quickly. I want to give you a little more information: I had originally imported ALL of the demo content successfully, and it was working.
Then, because I played around and decided that I did not need all of the demo content, I followed the recommendation and downloaded/used the Wordpress Database Removal program. This apparently did not work the way it was intended, but that’s a Wordpress problem and I don’t wish to burden you with their issues. It was resolved after I uninstalled and reinstalled Wordpress, and Crane re-installed just fine, along with all plug-ins.
NOW however, when I go to the demo content page, the option to import ALL content is grayed out, and I am unable to download custom because the error insists that I have already downloaded it. SINCE THEN, I have tried to work out the problem without the demo pages, hence why there is now content in the portfolios. That was not there when I attempted this/first messaged you.
Really, the only template page/demo content that I am after is the full width grid template >>> http://crane.grooni.com/full-width-grid/
I am, however, at an impasse: the last time I downloaded and ran the Wordpress Database Removal program that the demo page recommends, it caused wordpress to glitch out on me (404s and 500s everywhere I clicked), and caused me to have to wipe and re-install with various phone calls to Bluehost and Wordpress. So I am reluctant to do that again with the flimsy hope of it allowing me to download the content.
I hope that made sense. I have enjoyed using Crane so far and would really like to stick with this theme. I have gone ahead and submitted a ticket. Thank you for your patience.

I did create the admin account according to the specifications and followed all the steps. Since it apparently did not work, I went ahead and did so again. If you still do not receive the email, I’m at a loss. I guess if that remains the case I can send the generated password to a secure email.

I have purchased the theme. I have also installed it on the WordPress. After the successful “Import content”, I am not able to access the General Settings of the theme.
There is no option for the Key Activation for theme.

Multipurpose themes consist of different widgets and plugins. Accordingly, the correct implementation of blind-accessible compliant site it’s not a trivial task. We don’t have this possibility from the box. You can create special pages for that or use plugins, but we don’t test it all.

There are several ways to add a carousel to the portfolio single post depending on your needs:
- Simple way. From portfolio single post scroll to “Portfolio options” block and set “Portfolio Type” to “Slider” http://nimb.ws/GbFySY This option places carousel at the beginning of the page like this http://nimb.ws/Mef4FV

In my previous theme I was able to put an image in my header you can see the picture of the server and my logo, https://dk-systems.com, I cannot find where to add this in the Crane theme. The other item I am trying to figure out is the menu you will see on my site with my current them the menu is below the image. If this makes a difference I purchased Uber Menu, if that is the problem let me know. I like the look of your menus I would just like to get it below my image not all bunched up in the upper corner. Number 1 your link does not work. I am giving up on this theme. I figured out I had to disable Ubermenu, the menus are in the right spot. Now I cannot find anywhere on how to adjust the column width of my submenus. I want to get rid of the I think header with the date in it.

I have the same settings you showed and I was at 230px. Its the second screenshot I do not have the same thing. Where do I find the Mega Menu plugin, I look under styles and there is nothing there about mega menu? I have searched under Add plugin in the wordpress store.
