Hi, im having a problem when i try to open my web page on a smartphone, seems like the CMSmaster plugin its calling the cmsmasters_divpdel() function, and fails to do so showing me a “Falta Error” alert.

We don’t offer access to the dashboard, but there’s still a possibility to see how everything works on the backend. Please check this video demonstrating how easily shortcodes can be managed. Our visual content composer allows to place any shortcode/section to any part of the content area. You can modify content according to your requirements, for instance, add elements of other pages to your home page.

Two questions.
1, I notice the default sidebar “colored text widgets” are not active in the demo data. I used a list format like in the demo but cant get the alignment nor the bottom border line like in the demo. Can you give me the coding to place to do this like the demo?
2, I would like to have the bottom of a page with an active sidebar have an area that is full width as well. Is this possible? Can you lead me in the direction to implement correctly?

Hi I was working in the site and everithing was perfect, until for some reason, all the profiles dissapears . i can created a new one, but when i go to the link the 404 error appers. Looks like the “profile” url dissapear. any chance the you know what this could be ? (and yes, i diddnt mess white the code)

Such issues with 404 error can be caused by the theme deactivation (when the theme is updated, for example). To solve it please proceed to the Settings – Permalinks tab and re-save the settings, it should be helpful.

Hello, I installed the demo of the Home and now I want to use the Portfolio Filter (of the home2 demo) but to Filter PAGES and not PROJECTS like in the Demo. I was able to create the Portfolio filter and on that I see “projects” and “pages” but I don’t understand how I can put the pages I want in the category I like so are showed correctly in the filter and how can I put that the filter only show me PAGES and not PROJECTS.

1. I see the Theme is updated on Dec. latest, so do you plan to update one shortly, as better to get the new one to be installed to my newest hosting,
2. U mentioned, u have the 1-page website layout, but I didn’t see one @ the demo, so do you plan to include such a demo into the Theme (and, would it be possible to import the demo too)...
3. Last but not least, how do u address the special icon font,- do you have possibility to import custom-created fonts i.e. Fontello, Fontastic, etc.

1 – Yes, we are rolling out some updates now, and Medical Clinic theme is among the ones to receive updates. Please stay tuned, an update will be uploaded within a few days and will be available for download as soon as it passes approval from Themeforest reviewers. You can still use the theme in the meanwhile though, as no critical issues were observed so far.
2 – One-page website layout can be easily created, but at the moment we aren’t planning to add it to the demo content.
To create a one-page website you’ll need to add all the needed content to one page, placing content parts in different sections: https://www.screencast.com/t/a3YBMG2e . Then please click on each section editing button to assign a certain id to it: https://www.screencast.com/t/F6QkDXCuktDM . After this you place these #ids in your menu url field: https://www.screencast.com/t/MaB8Ktg9Fp50 – that’s all.

3 – The theme comes with the following icon fonts: Custom icons; Simplelineicons, Fontawesome, Entypo. To add other icons there will be a need to edit the theme files. For some reason, my footer links are now no longer clickable, though I have not changed them, and they were functioning last time I checked. They come from three different Widgets – Text, Custom HTML and a plugin, Acurax Social Media Widget. Can you figure out why?

Please make sure to use the latest theme version (1.1.3). The issue you have can be caused by the WordPress 4.9 version, and there is a need to update the theme, please download the newest archive from the Themeforest.
The easiest way to update the theme is to rename the old theme as medical-clinic-old in your wp-content/themes folder. Then you will be able to upload the new theme medical-clinic.zip via the WordPress admin panel and activate it.
After the theme update, please proceed to Appearance > Theme Plugins, and update all the suggested plugins. Please note that you might need to clear your browser’s cache in order to see the changes.

Visual Composer (Page Builder by wpbakery) isn’t included in the theme package and we can’t guarantee its compatibility with Medical Clinic, as we haven’t implemented such compatibility tests. Though we can’t deny mentioned plugin will work properly with our theme.
For the demo we used our own Visual Content Composer with a huge custom shortcode collection. Please check this video demonstrating how easily shortcodes can be managed. It’s taken for another product from our portfolio, but general idea for Medical Clinic is the same. We’d also kindly advise to check other videos under Features menu item to see other composer and overall theme options. Our customers usually use exactly Cmsmasters’ Content Composer, as they are absolutely satisfied with it.

I got a bug. I cant enter a link to the social icons. The whole page looks strange, when I change icon color the background color change instead and when I click on the part to enter link, the color wheel just reopen… Can you please help me?
