Hello,

I have a pre-sale question regarding the Article topics section. When you click one of the Article topics links, it scrolls the user down to that section of the page. Is it possible to rename those?

In the demo, they’re #tab1, #tab2, #tab3, and #tab4. I’d like to rename each one for example #css-crash-course instead of #tab2.

Hey guys! I purchased this product because I thought that i could select the design of the home demos to the pages without having to customize everything. I’m not sure if i can do that or how, and if that’s not possible, a guide of which options should I choose to optimize my page? (if possible, I would love to set it up like the home 4 demo).

Well, yeah, what I did didn’t worked, sorry about that. I would like to know 2 things: 1) Can I remove the changing color header? I tried to but I couldn’t find how. 2) I already have 2 completed pages with the home4 style, but I wanted to change it. Is there an option to change the style to the already completed pages? Or how to create a new page with a new style. P.D. I already tried on the kbase options and import the home 3 but I don’t see any changes.

Hey pre-sale question, so does this theme support user sign-up? I ask because a lot of themes are just static buttons/placeholders and they don’t actually support the sign up/sign in process in the backed.

Get into Admin Panel > Appearance > KBase Option > Layout > Footer > Disable the “Enable Footer Columns” option and Disable the “Show Copyright Text ” > Save All.

1) Go to Dashboard / Appearance / Kbase Options / Knowledge Base / and Refer this screenshot https://www.dropbox.com/s/ub1qjev7mb2qchs/change-slug-name-article.png?dl=0 then change slug name.

2) i) Go to Wp-admin (Dashboard) / Settings / Permalinks

ii) Set the permalink structure into “Default” and save changes.

iii) Again change it as “Post Name” structure and update then.

1) In the forum section the image links can be added. The pdf files and doc files cannot be uploaded. But the online links can be added.

2) Any administrator can manage the forum topic from backend and there is no restrictions. It works like the default wordpress user/role management feature.

3) Sorry we do not have that feature in our theme.

Hi – This theme appears to be removing carriage returns (line-breaks) all over the place, making our formatting look very awkward.

For instance, inside the Team Visual Composer element content area – we have a number of line breaks set in the editor such as to delineate paragraphs. But the published page suppresses all those carriage returns. We would like to disable whatever is silencing line-breaks.
