Hi – Sorry not sure what you mean. Do you mean I should add – display: non in custom css. Is there any way you could do this for me. I am happy to pay for the custom support. I also don’t want the categories to show when you are on the product itself. We have many products and the category strings are looking ridiculously long! Thank you!

Is nothing complicated here so I think you’ll be able to make the changes, and you don’t need nothing to pay. Just find in your theme folder file called style.css and add in this file these lines:
.single-product span.posted_in, ul.ws-shop-nav{
display: none;
}
It should solve the issue.

Hi – Thanks for your reply. I managed to get rid of the bread crumbs. But I have broken the theme a bit. The top menu is now a sticky menu. Is there a way I can fix this. Could I do an update on the theme? If so how can I go about updating the theme. will that fix it? The website is www.artworld.co.za

The theme I purchased is not mobile responsive on many screens and devices. It fails with opera and UC Browser on mobiles. It fails many CSS loading and has basic issues with Internet Explorer 9+ and Edge.
I hate to say, artday has wasted my money and time. I need a refund as I have to purchase another theme, cause we cannot work with constantly occuring errors like this.

Could someone explain to me how to temporarily remove the top bar with the cart and my account. I see that others have asked for this and it can be accomplished by editing the CSS but I have looked at the file and am not sure what to edit. I don’t want to remove the wrong code. we fixed the issue with Instagram in our latest theme update, but with theme update you also need to update artday shortcodes plugin. Make you sure that this plugin also is updated, it should solve the issue.

You can use Envato theme update plugin that is included with the theme, but you have already old version of the theme and I advice you to make everything manually. We have some tips in our documentation how to update the theme. Also don’t forget to make an backup before, well if something will go wrong you’ll be able to restore everything as it was.

If you bought the theme then you have all what you see in our preview and even a little more. Well all the bundled plugins are included all the data and everything what you see in the description, you don’t need to buy nothing separately. In our documentation we explain how to get exactly the same structure as in our preview, well you need just to import all the data and to start. Instead of building everything from scratch.

Hi, the term “phone” is not translated on the “Order received” page, (just when finishing a purchase). (“Telephone” appears translated when opening the order from my account). I still need to change a few things. - I need my logo to be beigger in the nav 4, where can I change the height of the menu bar? - I have a scrolling menu for some items. Like “Shop” for instance in your exemple. Would it be possible to click on “shop” as a link and redirect it to a page? Because when we click on it only opens the scrolling options. - How can I remove manually the cover picture for “Contact” or “About’ ? I would like to have the text directly and I don’t see anything in Page Builder. - When i have a category of products shown on a page, there is only the name and price below each product… I need to add at least to more things where can i do this? With the attributes?

I just bought your theme and installed demo content for the site and the slider, but I don’t get any images for the site. I just have placeholders with width x height as text on them. How do I get the images imported? I think it’s easier to work with when the full demo content is present

as you know all themes saled here on Themforest following the Envato rules all the images that are in preview can’t be sell with the theme, they are only for preview. But we replaced all the images with image holders for better understanding and you can fast replace them with your own.

I just noticed, while changing content in the faq-page, that you mention a wishlist. However, there’s no wishlist required or recommended in the plugins. Is there specified some css for a specific wishlist plugin so it looks as nice as the rest of the site? If so, which wishlist would it be?

When you buy any theme here on Themeforest you get the theme with all the bundled plugins and you get license key for the theme not for all the plugins. If you want to have you own license for plugin you need to buy it separately. But we try to keep all the plugins up to date with each theme update and at the moment we have all the plugins up to date. And if plugin was updated but the theme update is not coming you can ask us for plugin update via email, we’ll be glad to send it to you.
