Logo size is controlled by header height, so upload logo image with larger height and increase header height from theme options. Logo can also be increased with some css code and you can contact our support regarding that part by submitting a ticket at https://elated.ticksy.com/

Theme can only be download form Theme Forest when you purchase it, and it will be currently available version with WooCommerce 3.1. Right now we are working on updated for hosted themes since they have priority and after that we will start working on our other themes. Exact time isn’t determined yet but update should be ready in a month or so.

As you could see from here most likely you’re experiencing issue with low resources, try to boost following values on your server:

max_execution_time = 300
memory_limit = 128M
upload_max_filesize = 128M
post_max_size = 256M
max_input_vars = 3000

But in any case, we base all our layouts and shortcodes on Visual Composer Page Builder, so if you want to achieve the layouts from demo, you will need to use it.
