Hello,
I just purchased your theme and when I install werkstatt.zip through Wordpress, I receive an error stating:
“The link you followed has expired. Please try again”
I then proceeded to upload the zip file through the ftp and still have no luck.
I have entered this as a ticket and haven’t received a response. Currently I have unfortunately given you a 1 star rating because of the poor customer service. I love the look of the Wordpress theme and am very disappointed in the support.

But the issue is with your theme nothing I have done. For this reason it is not my issue it is your issue. The same happened last time you did an update and you fixed it. I don’t have support any more. I understand if it was something I have changed but it is not.

Also on a mobile device the section with the email info on and the initial image get cut off https://imgur.com/a/BAflg and https://imgur.com/a/3iV6r
This has been going on since I bought the theme (I haven’t needed to use support sooner) because my client has only just gone live with the site due to illness.
If you could help that would be great.

Hi there, I can’t spot any issues and both sections are visible. We would need to take a look at error_logs, but for that, you need to open a support ticket.
Is it possible for me to email you to look at the error logs? I am unable to open a support ticket. My support expired and I’ve only just been able to launch the website – I’ve been unwell hence not using the support at the time of purchase.

I have a very quick question regarding portfolio items ordering. I know you can order items by name/id/etc but is it possible to change IDs of items to re-order them? Or is there a way to order items alphabetically but on surname/second word for example?
Basically I need to order alphabetically but on surname and trying to work out a way to do it.

IDs are unique and cannot be changed on WordPress. Unfortunately, that’s not possible. You would need to create a custom field to sort items by surname.

Hi there, is there a way to change the listing setting position? I’ve seen that different porfolios demos align text on hover to top, bottom, left. Instead of center center, I want it to be vertically centered but text-aligned to left, but I can’t seem to find where to change that. Thank you.

Hello. You created a very impressive theme. We would like to buy it. But the question remained. The menu in the side block can be made drop-down. (i.e., whether a multi-level menu is supported.)
