Hello, For the footer widgets layout, we are using 1/4+1/4+1/4+1/4, and there are 4 columns showing in the footer on the frontend. However, in the widgets section in the backend there is only one Footer Widgets area “Default Footer”. How do we control which widget goes in which column? Thank you.

Hi, There’s an issue with the “Addons” section on Slider Revolution. I’m trying to install few addons but after click the page is blank. I try click in on “Check for new addons” but it doesn’t work. Does The7 Theme support Hero Menu? This plugin is told to be fully WooCommerce enabled and that’s the main reason why asking integration. As far as I know The7 Theme support WooCommerce and no need to change is, just enlarge menu options.

I purchased The7 and I am having serious issues when I upload its plugins to WordPress on my iPage hosting. Basically, I upload all of the necessary plugins listed by The7 theme and my WordPress dashboard shuts down, leaving my with an 500 Internal Server Error. I believe that the error may be between WordPress and the WP Bakery Visual Composer plugin. I would really like to begin building my website. I’m excited to use The7 to do so, but I need a solution soon before I have to find another product and ask for a refund of my The7 purchase.

How can I automate the copyright date of the footer?

Hello, I have 4 columns in 1 row in a 1300 pxl. width. When I go down to mobile phone size all is good the 4 columns snap to 4 single rows. Unfortunately when I go to tablet mode instead of the 4 columns going to a 2 columns of 2 rows the images just overlap each other. It is not responding to the smaller size screen. I believe there is a responsive setting page screen size somewhere. Help most appreciated. Thanks Baz.

1. in some previous comments where I was responding to a LayerSlider problem on mobile devices I read that you recommend using SliderRevolution compared to LayerSlider. I wanted to understand, in detail, why this advice before having to redo all the slides from the beginning.

2. I noticed in some demos that now iOS supports video in the background in stripes with autoplay. Function that once was disabled by iOS, can you confirm that even on The7 is possible? If yes, how?
