Hi, I like your theme and planning to purchase it. Is the demo “The7: Agency” multipage? As I can see the demo is on a one-page website. Can I convert it into a multi-page website?

Woocommerce Product Filtering by price, attribute and rating (widget) do not show up. Is there an option to turn on? What am I missing.

Having errors on all sites using GoDaddy Managed Wordpress. Updates fail, time outs, 503, design options cant be saved. I don’t think its your theme, but i am using it on about 6 sites and all hosted with GoDaddy Managed Wordpress working fine until recently. The last two days have Ive been wrestling with two different sites using THE 7 both on managed WordPress at GoDaddy and its just hell. Is anyone else having these issues. On one site the update failed. I was horrified to see the entire Theme folder was empty when FTPing in. I added the theme back manually and it came back but still super slow and getting errors. I switched gears to another site im building using the same theme and im getting 503 errors there too. Ive done zero customization and the sites are pretty simple.

I tried adding an .ini file to increase max upload and time etc but I didnt see any improvement. I’m at my wits end and really disappointed with GoDaddy at this point.

If anyone has any suggestions or advice I’m all ears. WHat happens when an update fails? Does it revert back? Theme is brilliant i have been plain sailing up until now.

Hello, I bought the theme Wordpress The 7, but in the payment gateway I got an error indicating that the transaction could not be processed. The bad thing is that I am already charged, the debit has already been made from my bank account, but I do not have access to the theme download. Payment was made with debit card. Try to open a ticket but ask me for a purchase code, which I do not have.

Hello I would like to de-register a purchase code from a test website, but from the site http://repo.the7.io/de-register/ I can not.

If I use the unregister button, from “wp-admin / admin.php?Page=the7-dashboard” and use the purchase code, on the new website, it tells me that it is still registered.

Hi, is it possible with the visual composer built in to give a row a negative top margin, to overlap a revolution slider, similar to this demo here on another theme:

We tried it ourselves with the 4 orange column boxes below, but the Revolution Slider always loads over the top, even if we play around with the Z-index.

Just wonder if you had any suggestions? I don’t see this layout or technique used in any of The7 demos, thank you. Best wishes.

Revolution Slider Addons no longer available, I had installed a particle effect from the revolution slider, now that the theme is updated, the button for Addons on Revolution slider comes up empy
