I recently purchase this theme and I love how easy it is for me to set up by myself. I’m having a problem with “ACCOUNT DETAILS” it’s showing a 404 code. It’s nothing there anymore for some reason. Can you please help me?

I was happy to recently switch my theme back to Flatsome after the update to support the Multiple Variation Images (MVI) plugin. I see that the fix requires us to use the Woocommerce Gallery, but now my product gallery images no longer zoom in on hover. Is there something I’m missing or is that feature just gone if we want to use the MVI plugin? Would a plugin like WP Image Zoom work if the Woocommerce Gallery is enabled?

Any help would be appreciated! I love the Flatsome theme, but I think if this cannot work I will need to switch to a different theme, again. Thanks!

I have a question before buying. I would like to have a woocommerce store with product categories. I would like to put some text above the products and below the products for SEO purpose.

Is it possible to edit the product category pages with text and images where you like to place them?

Many themes do not support this. Want to know if this theme makes it possible.

Header->Login->Modal Popup->Click Register with blank fields->Redirects to Homepage with semi hidden error msg in header.

The expected behaviour here would be to have some jquery to prevent the form being submited blank, AND error msgs should be displayed in the modal OR at the very least redirect to login page with error.

Hi, I want to use the custom product page. I followed de steps of the UX documents, but when I open the UX builder its not load. In the console puts the following error: Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘isRoot’ of undefined at t.value (editor.js?ver=3.5.3:2)

This problem only happens when I have selected custom in product page, and only in the UX builder of the product.

I have tried the solutions you recommend for problems with UX builder and nothing solves the problem.

Edit: I just saw that if you enter the UX builder from the product URL, it does load. The problem happens only when you enter from the product edition page.

Featured product images showing on homepage are square (equal width & height) when all my uploaded product images have longer height. How can I adjust the height of the product images?

Anybody know a good solution to create a “main menu” with all product categories (and child categories as dropdown) “automagically”, without need of add category by category manually?

Hi it is possible to edit the colour of one of the menu items.

I want a ‘SALE’ button on the menu, and it should have a red background colour. The other menu items are fine.

I upgraded to this theme a year ago and it has been amazing. Would highly recommend it.

I just had my first issue though where upgrading to the latest WooCommerce 3.3.4 (from 3.2.6) no makes all background images and buttons disappear and cause UX Builder to fail loading.

Thank goodness for backups…just wondering if you’ve seen this before?

Just wondering. With the ‘coming soon’ WordPress/Gutenberg combo – how will Flatsome fit in? Did you make some approach to it? Or will it bring an end to your awesome theme? Or is it all not as bad as I think it is?
