after update port theme form 4.1 to 4.2 getting error “There was a problem with your action please try again or relod the page”

We have tested our latest Theme and do not find an issue.
1. Please check that your server requirement must meet the latest Theme and Plugins minimum requirement if not then set it first and then update your theme again.
2. Please disable your site all third party plugin and check your site after removing the browser cache.
Please try to install/update your theme by yourself first if you fail then we will do it for you. Please follow the below steps:
1. Take the complete backup of your current site.(If you are updating theme) 2. Go to CPanel wp-content/themes and rename old theme Porto to anything.(If you are updating theme) 3. Upload the latest zip file of the theme there in wp-content/themes. 4. Extract the zip file of the theme there. 5. Go to WP Admin Panel >> Appearance and activate the theme there.
Your theme will be updated easily.

Actually, we have released our last Theme update on 22nd February 2018 and Woocommerce also released its last/latest update on the same day that is why two templates are outdated and our development team is working on the next Theme updated and soon within next week you will find an update released without having an issue until that please be patience.

Please edit that portfolio and to the bottom right you will find featured image and below it you will find featured image 2 so you have to insert featured image 2 and then click on the + icon at the bottom of featured image 2: https://prnt.sc/j35wbu it will create/open featured image 3 for you then again follow the same steps and insert images as per your requirement then check your site after removing the browser cache.
